The Strength Academy is a training facility that offers personalized programming and design for individuals of all ages and ability levels looking to improve their overall fitness, function, strength, and health. In addition to exercise programming, The Strength Academy also offers group exercise classes, boxing for both men and women, as well as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes.

I highly recommend The Strength Academy! The prices are great. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is conducive to success! The gym offers Brazilian Jiujitsu, self-defense, boxing, circuit training, powerlifting, weight training, and private lessons. The owners are well-equipped to assist with all fitness goals and needs. It is a clean environment with nice equipment! I’ve been part of many gyms and this is by far the best one yet! This place sets the gold standard for BJJ training!

The Strength Academy is a place where you feel welcomed into the family, whether you are experienced or a beginner in whatever you choose to train. It is a one stop shop for so many things, weight training, BJJ, one on ones, boxing. They have trained professionals in health and exercise. They also partner with Namken Nutrition to help set you up for success nutritionally. Mike and Mel welcome everyone with open arms and provide us with a safe place for a very good price. I think that everyone looking for somewhere to feel unjudged and motivated, this is the place!
