Yesterday was my first time and it was absolutely amazing!! The instructor was so nice, helpful, and non judgmental!! I truly couldn’t ask for a better experience 🧘🏻‍♀️

I felt so heavy going in from life. When I left I truly felt sooooo unbelievably calm and relaxed a feeling I haven’t had for months! I will definitely be going back again soon!!

This studio is THE place for buti yoga in Decatur. Adrienne is amazing and made me feel included, welcomed and comfortable from the very first time I tried it as a beginner. Her tribe is encouraging so fun to be around! The studio even includes special touches like essential oils and truth bomb cards after practice to keep you coming back for more! A must-try if visiting or looking for your home for yoga.

Love this little studio! Adrienne, Abi and Aly are inspiring. They care about our physical and mental well-being. They are real. They don't pretend to be someone they are not. I was bored with yoga before going here. I love my buti yoga and buti sculpt. Both are offered at times that work for my schedule. There is no body shaming going on here. I am more flexible than I have been in awhile and my running game is better. I am learning to be a lean poised machine. #decaturbutitribe #butitribeproud
