Nice gym with nice people. Well maintained, good layout, variety of equipment, and staff listens to requests of members to try and get new equipment when needed. Overall a good place to workout. Only negative is the lack of a real locker room and any amenities like a sauna or something.

I like the gym itself and the staff a lot, but it is so hot. It’s always at least 77+ in the back of the gym. It’s only cool by the cubby area. I can’t workout as much as I would like because I get such bad heat rashes and acne. The portable fans are always off for some reason too

It’s a nice gym but the air conditioning situation is terrible. The thermostats always read 70-75 during the summer and there’s no fans blowing so there’s no airflow. Even if they were blowing, I’m not sure that it would help because it’s also so humid. It’s hot in the winter too, which really confuses me. It’s miserable to get even a somewhat decent work out in.

I got the chance to meet the Titan Washington, IL manager this evening, Prisca! I was actually having difficulty swiping my key tag, as the plastic lamination was peeling up on it from being on my keys. I saw that someone was working so I called the gym and she answered. She let me know I just needed a new key tag. She printed a new one off for me and recommended I place it in my wallet so it lasts longer. Prisca is such a sweetheart and so helpful, she gave me amazing customer service! Titan Fitness is so lucky to have her!!!

I’ve been going to Titan since June of 2022 and love it! The manager is lovely and always greet everyone with a smile and friendly conversation. It’s always kept extremely cleanly with emphasis on wiping down weights after each use. Shady ownership, they will only let you sign long contracts.. which is ok i guess.. but had an issue when they were shut down for like 8 months during covid. They sent me 0 notifications when they decided to re open there gym and over that nearly year my old payment plan expired and apparently i had 2 months left on my contract (when they decided to re open) and they sent in 80$ to attack my credit score which i will definitely be disputing it. And absolutely would suggest to people not to go here!

I was told my membership would cancel after a year and my billing expired if I did not auto renew. This turned out not to be the case and was footed a almost 200 dollar bill. During a pandemic as a disabled vet on a fixed income not a good look. Also the office is almost always impossible to reach. overall I will be canceling my membership and would advise people to find out a different place to work out.
