This is a great program. They have classes throughout the whole day so you can train on your own schedule. I thought because the class sizes were big, it was just going to be like a gym class. I soon found out that every class is like having your own personal trainer because they focus on everyone individually and it is a much better price than having a personal trainer. Come! this place is great.

I love this place! The coaches are wonderful and the classes are high energy, never the same thing twice. Even though I can only get there a couple times a week I am noticing a big difference in my overall strength and muscle tone compared to the workouts I was doing on my own before.

It's a great place to get a full body workout in, as well as learning how to box! All the trainers push you to help you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend trying it once, you won't regret it.

Boxing turned out to be a way better work out than I thought. Title boxing pushes that to the next level! Between the boxing and kickboxing, and the different styles of each coach, its one of the best work outs I've had in a long time. Its a very up-tempo atmosphere and the coaches are great motivators. I try to tell everyone with a work out goal to give Title Boxing a chance.

I love the full body workout. As a trainer I can personalize the workout to meet members' needs. However, I love to attend classes to learn what other trainers are doing. No two classes are the same so there is no way to memorize a routine. Hit it hard to tone and strengthen your arms, legs and most important...your core!

I went for my free class and ended up purchasing a punch card. My schedule is pretty crazy but they have enough variety and times that I can squeeze in a class or two a week depending on my schedule. It is a great workout and a nice class to add a little variety to your cardio routines. No two classes are ever the same. My only regret is that I cannot go more often!!! A great way to expend some energy and pent up frustration!! I love it!!!

Me... boxing? Never would have imagined it, but I am having a blast and am sleeping like a rock at night... something that hasn't happened in years!
I went for a trial class about three weeks ago and signed up immediately afterward for a membership. The classes are intense, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that they aren't filled with only the physically elite. There are lots of different ages, skill expertise and physical fitness levels.
So far, I've stuck to just the Boxing classes... no Kickboxing yet. Most of my classes have been taught by Mike and Jay. Both have been great and definitely helpful to a newbie.
Don't think these workouts are going to be all arms - it is a FULL body workout. Even three weeks in, I can tell that this is leading to a stronger core, better balance and more endurance.
Happy that I joined. Highly recommend.

I LOVE this place! Trainers Mike, David and Jay are AMAZING! They all keep you motivated and wanting to push forward in getting great results. They each have different styles of teaching. It is a great way to mix it up so you never get burned out. They go the extra step in helping you do moves that in the being you never thought you could. They all love what they do and it shows. Its just FUN all the way around. Everyone that works out there is nice its just an all around GREAT place ! I give this place 5 stars!

I highly recommend TITLE Boxing in East Peoria. The classes are well thought out and planned. The warm-ups are geared for the upcoming workout and the combinations flow and make sense. No workout is the same. You can go five days a week and not get the same workout. I like that because you don't get bored. Strength, power, and endurance are tested and improved through their system. It's a total body workout including arms, shoulders, legs, glutes, and core...lots of core! :) The trainers that I've worked out under know what they're doing. - Tracie Nair

Absolutely LOVE it!!! Signed up right after my first (free) class. Great trainers - they walk around and make sure that you are doing the moves right. You can alter the intensity to make it work best for your physical condition! Great caloric burn. Lot's of different class time - even a class on Sundays!!!
