I had not even gotten a chance to step into this place and probably won’t. I signed my son up through the park district thinking it would be fun for him to try. I received an email Wednesday 2/26 about his class that was supposed to start on 3/1. In the email it said that the class was on Sunday at 10AM. I thought it was weird because I signed up for Saturday but did not think anything of it because it was the ONLY communication I had received about his class. So I’m thinking his class is Sunday and today I receive an email that his class is ACTUALLY today and not Sunday. Class was scheduled to start at 12PM and the email was sent at 12:01PM. We wouldn’t have made it on time if we wanted to. So I called just to clarify. I cannot tell you who I talked to Lexi Alex whatever whoever they are. This person was rude and disrespectful beyond measures. For me to be calling to clarify a mistake that THEY MADE. I tried explaining the situation and was cut off and met with a half ass apology and she didn’t even know what was going on. As I continued to try to explain I was just cut off so I stopped talking. When I expressed that how it was being handled was piss poor and not a good experience I was basically told oh well call the park district and drop. Which I will. I hope no one else goes here and experience this. I was bringing my autistic son hoping that this type of body movement would help but I would never put him in a place with people who clearly do not care to even be nice when they mess up. Such a terrible, ugly place and experience. Do not go (especially if your child has special needs.)! **And no my son’s needs were not disclosed but based on how this was handled I can see how he would be treated. Disrespected talked over and not listened to! And MULTIPLE options were not given maybe 2 (?) that’s a couple. But nonetheless still DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if your child has special needs. If this is how they treat people who can stand up for themselves like this so imagine how they treat those who can’t.

My girls have been taking classes here since the very beginning. We love the smaller class sizes and the individual attention to work on fixing bad habits and proper form. Recently, my daughter did the tumbling and stunting clinic over Thanksgiving break and LOVED it. She is typically a base but in clinic she gets to learn all positions which make her stronger and give her better understanding of stunts from all angles. She can't wait to sign up for yet another Top Spot class.

Best tumbling place ever!!
My daughter has grown so much since starting here! I am so impressed with how well she is doing!! The owner is also amazing! She is out working and helping the coaches and kids!! She is greeting everyone also! My daughter has bonded with coach Mia and Dakota they are absolutely amazing coaches and they have so much patience and give great tips and are great with the kids!!!

After trying a couple different gymnastics places for a few years, it was time for a change and we found a this place. My granddaughter’s skills have advanced at such a fast rate it is unbelievable. She absolutely loves Top Spot and we can’t thank them and the Coaches enough for all their hard work and dedication to each person that passes through! They all are amazing! Especially Mia! Thank you!

My daughter has been taking clinics here. She has been to 3 and by then she has built confidence. The staff is amazing and build the kids up. My daughter went in with basic skills. In just a short time she is able to do so much more tumbling which will help in the long run with cheer. I can't wait until she starts her tumbling classes to see what else she masters. TopSpotIl staff and coaches are amazing with my daughter and I trust them full heartedly with her.

This place is amazing! I have been to a birthday party here and they are fantastic hosts. There are a ton of options for kids. They have a great cheerleading program. My kids have so much fun here. Bathrooms are clean. We are coming back for their New Year’s Eve celebration!

My girls love going to Top Spot. They have learned many new tumbling skills to up their game in cheer. They love their kind and patient coaches and enjoy signing up for the fun cheer clinics as well. It's a great space with many class options to choose from.

The facility, coaches & equipment are all top notch! They work with all students to motivate & encourage a growth a mindset... meeting each one where they currently are and striving for more! My kids have enjoyed the weekly classes as well as the open gyms!

We attended a kids birthday party here and it was so fun! My kids had a great time playing sports and climbing and jumping on the inflatables.
