ryan is a great coach ! workout was easy to understand, he was attentive in providing form adjustments and offering weight alternatives. there were things we did that i hadn’t ever done before, and it was refreshing to be in a gym that really gave you a variety ! for an arm dominant workout, i still felt sore in my hamstrings and quads. so i don’t feel like i missed out on anything ! will definitely be back !!

(also this place was CLEAN!!! can’t say that about my favorite classpass gyms !!)

The customer service off the bat was outstanding I brought in a groupon that was outdated and we worked out a couple week deal and after that the experience has been just awesome.

Feels like family there and I'm so happy and excited to go work out each time. Ryan the owner has been my TRT trainer in the small group sessions and you feel like you are one one one. He's so personable. Kind and tough on you and finds those little victories and motivates you with them.

The mental results are the first thing to show up. You just feel so good about working out even as out of shape as I was when I came in and weight lose and definition came quickly behind it and honestly didn't feel like I was killing myself during the work outs. If I did an hr at the gym before I left dying and semi injured. These guys are super pros and the best kept fitness secret at the gym.
