About the Club

At Trainer Herman Personal Training, I help busy parents regain control over their health and fitness through private and in-home personal training!

Whether you want to train on your own or as a couple, my goal as a personal trainer is to help you improve your strength, muscle, mobility, and lose weight so that you can participate in your own physical activities, as well as your kid’s activities!

Herman Polonski is one of the best Physical trainers around the suburbs. He is extremely focused, punctual and knowledgeable. He is very patient in understanding the clients requirements and prepare a routine for him/her accordingly. He is also good at providing a proper diet plan. Did I mention he is funny and easy to work with.. It's a breeze working along with him. He is more of a friend - a friendly trainer. Once, you work out or work along with him, you would want him all the time to train you.

He is also not too pushy and try to prove a point. He takes it slow and easy yet effective, the way the human body functions..

At this age, his temperament is phenomenal. Please go for his one on one sessions and do wonders for your health, body and yourself.
