This place is excellent! Before joining Training 606, I thought I was on to something with my fasting, juicing, and waist trainers. I was not exercising because I was having shoulder pain, and I was always tired. I have to admit that after my try-out day, I got hooked! I have been consistently training three times per week, and I have lost 21 pounds. The workouts are intense, but everyone can perform at their level. In my case, Coach E has taken the time to modify movements as needed. She has also given me options and alternatives to work on my problem areas, such as my shoulders and knees. When I joined Training 606, I asked Coach E to please help me with nutrition as well. After a few weeks of training, she started working with me on a personalized meal plan. I was shocked when I found out that I would be eating three meals and two snacks a day, and the meals consisted of foods that I was already consuming. I have got to say that Training 606 is a great place, cleanliness and a cheerful ambiance throughout make this place excellent! Coach E is the best!
