My body was transformed after starting with Jen… in strength, agility, balance, and good-bye to the aches and pains accumulated from travel, desk and computer posture, etc. I have been going to Transformotion Pilates and Jen for over 10 years now, both Pilates reformer and mat (private and class), and barre class as well as other special offerings, like boot camp. Jen is serious about Pilates and she has extensive training and expertise in Pilates. She understands the human body and each person’s physiology, and she challenges my boundaries appropriately and safely. The exercises build on one another to achieve the goal and her verbal cues are spot on. Truly one of the best! I enjoy my private sessions for the personalized focus and challenge but the classes are also great in that they are smaller classes allowing that personal attention.

I didn’t think I could do Pilates because in the past it has really messed up my back. Jen has proven that, if done correctly, it can actually be a fantastic way to gain strength while protecting my back. I can’t say enough about how caring and knowledgeable she is. Truly a Master! Highly recommend!!

Meeting and working with Jennifer has literally changed my life. Her extensive training (over 20 years) in pilates, human anatomy and human physiology enables her to understand and adapt exercise and fitness sessions to accommodate individual body issues. My strength, agility and balance have improved significantly. Prior to meeting Jennifer, I never imagined myself being able to accomplish what I have and look forward to continuing my fitness journey under her guidance.

I have been going to this Studio for quite some time now and find the experience to be continually enlightening and fresh. I have had multiple instructors and they all are trained to give a professional approach to Pilates. I credit the Owner (Jen) with teaching both instructors and clients to this classical approach intended by the founder of Pilates (Joseph Pilates).

I have been doing Pilates with Jenn for the past year. She came highly recommended from friends after I suffered an ankle injury and needed help regaining strength and flexibility following surgery. I have really enjoyed the training and have noticed a significant increase in my overall fitness, strength and flexibility since working with Jenn. I have been doing Barre class with Jen for over a year and I am extremely happy with the class. Jen is an excellent instructor. If you are looking for a large public class with loud music and a single instructor for dozens of people, you have come to the wrong place. BUT .....if you are looking for a no-nonsense, private setting to get in shape, and work on your fitness and well-being with an knowledgeable, highly certified instructor in a one-on-one or small class setting, this is your place! Having been a student of Transformotion and Jen Anzelmo for 10 yrs now, I can tell you this is one of THE BEST decisions I made. Wanting to stay active and in good shape as I age, remain flexible and add tone and muscle for various reasons - to supplement my hockey and golf and keep up with my teenage son - I tried pilates at Transformotion with Jen. Through her professional, detail-oriented, individualized training and small classes (3-5 people) I was able to see results in just 3 weeks - more firm muscle tone, upper body strength I had never known before, and just feeling better. Be it reformer, mat, or barre, or a variety of other class formats, it is always a beneficial workout! The difference is Jen and her expertise, knowledge and skill sets. Read her bio on the site, it is very impressive and sets her apart from many others. Her studio reflects her pasion, vision and extensive knowledge base. For her students, that means individualized instruction, emphasis on the details that make a difference and results that help you achieve your fitness goals. To her credit, Jen keeps current by "training other trainers" and has passed on her highly-effective training skills to other teachers in her studio to expand her classes and accommodate her growing student base.
