I had the privilege of having Nicci as a trainer for 6+ years. She was professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She is also a kind individual. Not only did she help me physically and mentally, she also taught me valuable nutritional information. I was very sad to have moved out of the country and no longer have Nicci as my trainer.

Nicci is an amazing trainer and person!! After training with her just a few weeks my friends and family noticed a difference in my appearance! But most importantly, I felt stronger than I ever have and knew that my efforts were making a difference with Nicci's guidance. Do these clothes look loose to you? Because they feel loose!

I just started working with Nicci at Trust Fitness and Recovery not that long ago and I already feel a difference. Not just in the way I look but the way I feel. My body is hurting less and less and I am experiencing more energy through out my days.

The workouts are challenging without feeling overwhelming and there is a nice flow from one circuit to the next. Nicci does a great job explaining the movements and discussing what weights we feel comfortable (yet still challenging) with. Don’t take that to mean she’ll let you cut some corners because she. will. not. 😆

The only con for me is the distance ,but working with Nicci is worth the drive

I did my first workout yesterday. And let me tell you, I worked EVERYTHING. The class was fun! Nothing seemed repetitive. It’s super engaging for alllllll fitness levels, especially for people like me who haven’t seen the inside of a real gym since Obama was president.

The facility wasn’t crowded at all. Everything was clean, neat and tidy.

I’m excited to do another class with Nicci. She’s very knowledgeable and will guarantee to help you meet your fitness goals, whatever they may be!

Nicci was a joy to train with for 4 years. She was flexible with my schedule as well as all the Covid restrictions. Her training helped me recover from several injuries as well as focusing on all-around health and nutrition. Nikki’s communication skills are timely and clear, and she is a wonderful person all around. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a supportive, balanced training program.

In trying to find a sustainable fitness routine after having my 2nd child, Nicci has been incredible. She does an excellent job of supporting you where you are and helping you to not just train in the moment, but create a wholistic health plan (nutrition advice, recovery [so amazing, my legs have never felt looser!], and fitness in-session and on your own) tailored to your lifestyle. I'm 78 years old and have been training with Nicci for over 10 years. My goal was to improve balance, get stronger, keep my mind active and maybe even lose some weight. Most of those goals have been realized in working with Nicci. She challenges me but makes sure I don't hurt myself in the process. During the pandemic when gyms were closed, Nicci came to my house where I have my own gym. I was able to continue my training in my safe environment. When most of my friends my age are having replacement knees, hips and issues with falling, I am thankful for the years of "working out" with Nicci. Other than a few age-related aches, I am doing pretty good for 78. Thank you Nicci for your encouragement and friendship!

Nikki is an excellent trainer that has helped me lose close to 50lbs thus-far. Her focus is you throughout the entire session. Her circuit training exercises make you have to work. The workouts are different every session, which i like. She chooses exercises that target different parts of the body to strengthen it. If you are ready to lose the weight and want to do it for yourself, schedule a session with Nikki because you wont be disappointed

Nicci was and is always extremely attentive to my goals. When running a half marathon was my goal, she pivoted all workouts and training to achieve that end. When weight loss was my goal, she went above and beyond to work on nutrition as well as our training sessions. She focuses on safe movements and making sure all exercises are appropriate for my fitness level, which I especially appreciated when I was pregnant. I have been training with Nicci for years and never once felt like a workout was stale or overdone. She is knowledgeable, fun, and extremely talented.
