Tula isn't just a yoga studio - it's a place of community and education, too! I just finished Tula's 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course and can't say enough great things. For anyone considering expanding their yoga journey or curious about meditation and mindfulness, definitely check out Tula and the MBSR course. Maile was a fantastic instructor and I'm looking forward to continuing to stay connected to Tula for yoga and all the other cool classes and community events she has as well!!! - Shannon M.

First off, this looks like an awesome yoga studio offering FREE mats and snacks after class. The entitled a**hats who gave them four stars because they are βcuteβ and maybe in their view over accommodating are likely βoffβ judgement-wise imo.

I tried Tula, bought the new student package, because of the reviews I read. I am (or was) completely new to yoga. After the 2 weeks, I was hooked. Great teachers who will help you along the way. I love the basics class, Michelle will teach you difficult poses in a calm and supportive way. I highly reccomend this studio for anyone who is looking to work on both their body and mind.

I didn't know anything about yoga---had no experience with it whatsoever---so I was nervous because I've had teachers before who make you feel dumb for not knowing stuff. However, the people here were nothing but helpful and kind. The atmosphere is also super relaxing.

This Yoga Studio is in a good location and close to where I live so gave it a try with their two week package. This is my second week and I've enjoyed several classes and teachers. They are friendly and helpful, I've only have gone to the early morning classes at 630am, unfortunately they only offer those early hours on Tue, Wed and Thr, and those are the hours I can go at this time during the week. Anyway, every teacher is different and they offer their own style but overall they give good cues on the poses. One teacher might be easy and slow while another one will take you to new poses and ways to get there. They do offer mats, towels as well as blocks, blankets and straps, all included and free of charge. The place is clean and they have one large room for the class. They offer their own app so you can check in ahead of time. They do not have showers or locked lockers and they have street parking, just so you know. Give them a try.

Tula is a cute little yoga studio that offers a variety of classes at affordable prices. Their class times are convenient and plentiful. I've also enjoyed the Happy Hour Yoga classes on Friday. After class, snacks and wine are served and you can chat and get to know your fellow yogis.
They provide mats, blocks, straps, towels, blankets. Just show up in comfy clothing and strike a pose!

Tula is a neighborhood gem. Located right off the California Blue Line stop, the studio is easy to get to before or after work. The class fee includes a mat and towel, and the changing "rooms" and convenient schedule make it easy to fit yoga into a busy schedule.

Love this place. Low key, and teachers that really want to help guide you to what yoga is really about!
The Gentle, Yin and Hatha classes are really pure.
