Very crappy place, my son came in and being there for less than 10 minutes he was told he's not fit for this class and they offered me a refund. I said I'd try another class but we never came in and I called for the refund 3 times and they keep using excuses like "their computers are acting up" still calling and waiting on the refund after they were rude to me and my son.

We had my daughter’s birthday party here and I would highly recommend them. The party room had plenty of tables and seating available so we could arrange the area to our liking- they even had birthday balloons hanging which was an unexpected bonus. The party consisted of an obstacle course and free play which the kids loved. The obstacle course wove around the entire gym and was appropriately challenging for their age group. The 2 girls that were the party hosts were supers friendly and sweet- the kids loved them. The only negative was the temperature in the gym was pretty warm. They said they would turn the AC down for us but we really didn’t feel a big difference. The girls didn’t mind though, and overall we had a great time!

Very unwelcoming environment. We stopped in excited to ask questions and Natalie was so blah and rude. She didn't greet us. I had to pull information from her. Very dismissive. We will take our money and talents elsewhere.

Tumbling Camp was great experience for my daughter. Just as a heads up to parents get there possibly early so you have somewhere to sit. But sometimes it can be packed.

We love coming here for my daughter's classes! My daughter absolutely loves all of the coaches and really enjoys the lessons. The coaches are pretty strict but kind to the kids, which is important when doing activities that are risky. They have to enforce rules and do so respectfully. My daughter is 4 and already learning cartwheels and other things and she seems to be thriving at this gym! Coach Lacy is awesome at giving feedback if you stick around and want to talk to her. They make the gym feel like a 2nd home and we couldn't be happier coming here!

My daughter had her first gymnastics class ever tonight. Her coaches were ruby and grace. She walked in nervous and anxious and left happy and ecstatic. I had a concern with the hand sanitizer when I brought my concern to the staff and coaches they acted stern and quick and that makes a dad happy. Thank you for making my daughters first time wonderful

not educational for a first timer.Staff was focused on best kids, and didnt teach anything to my little one who had no idea. First time at gym class and kid was asked to do cartwheels and backwards somersault.
Younger staff wasn't patient, class is rushed.
The room was FULL with adults waiting, cramped together. Very unless in times of pandemic.

Tumble Time has the best coaches around. I have 2 children in the program. One that is naturally talented and 1 who is wonderful but has to work. all coaches know how to work with both types of athletes. One of my daughters is dyslexic , the coach have been so patient with her and have helped her succeed in her tumbling. I can not be happier to be a customer of theirs. The gym is clean, and organized. With having girls in their cheer program and in tumbling classes, I am at the gym almost daily. I watch the coaches clean all areas of the gym after ever session. Trust me when I say, you will be happy to choose tumble time for your child. you will never have to go any place else. They are by far the best run program around

I have been to many gyms in the area, tumble time is the best ran gym! It has wonderful prices, professional coaches, and great communication. Everything you need to have a successful program. I have 2 children in both tumbling and cheer at tumble time and the proclamations they have taken during covid, was above and beyond what any other gym is doing. It is clean. I watch all the coaches clean after ever session. Thank you tumble time for giving my kids a safe and fun environment!!!!!!

Not happy with service. I had two children attending classes for a wile. Rude staff. not educational. Staff maid us feel a sense of
un-welcoming took my business elsewhere and I’m glad I did found a better spot in Bensenville

The setup is not at all convenient for parents. There are only 2 small windows where a handful of parents can watch the class. The rest have to find available folding chairs to sit staring at walls. Lately they have kept the facility extremely cold. The kids where shaking, considering that they can’t wear socks, as they were in class and the trainers all had sweatshirts and warmer clothes. Not one of the parents took off their jackets, hats and coats inside the building. It was sad. As I come every time I am less and less satisfied and find more reasons to take my girls someplace else.

The facility is run down and awkwardly set up. You can only watch the classes through one window, and there are a handful of chairs. Doesn’t allow for all parents to view the class for which they are paying for. Will be looking for a different facility.
