We hosted our twin sons' 5th birthday party at Ultimate Ninjas this past weekend and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The Ultimate Ninjas team handled absolutely everything, including room setup and decor, cleanup, guiding the children through the activities, and serving the pizza and cake. It allowed us to take as step back and actually enjoy the celebration alongside our sons. Would definitely recommend!

This is a very disorganized and neglected business. No one ever picks up the phone, camps and classes have very little information, teachers are high school kids that rotate in and out. This is a churn and burn business. The high school kids are really there to supervise and no one is taught any actual skills. This is a glorified playground and after a few rounds kids get bored and ask for a new activity. The woman at the front desk appeared exasperated. She said she's the only person to ever answer the phone but she's too busy to really speak to anyone and the owner is nowhere to be found.

Had our kiddos birthday here with 30 kids and 20 adults it was great. Enough space for everyone. Everybody loved it and wanted to stay longer! They took care of the set-up and clean-up as well as running the activities. The open gym is great as well.

Our kid LOVES this place! He’s been coming since he was 4. He started in Lil’ Ninjas - when we would send him to the camps at that age, we were clear that he might be too scared for the big kids and they always provided extra attention to the little ones. Our son is now 6 and a half and we signed him up for half-day camps in the summer and our son has requested full day, which tells you how fun it is! We changed half to full and our kid is so happy! He loves the coaches, they are so kind and genuine in helping the kiddos! His faves are “all of them”! Specially he remembers, Ricky, Josh (both of them), Stephanie, Maggie and Laura! We've been active Glenview Ninja's for 3+ years and have seen amazing growth in our kids' abilities, confidence, playfulness and strength. This place is a large waste of money and time. The teenager coaches are rather bad at their jobs - low energy, don’t pay attention, and there are way too many kids per session on Saturdays for just two of them. Also, most kids don’t even get to do more than one or two iterations of any particular exercise. As parents we’re not expecting Olympic level ninjas, but the way this place operates is no better than bringing your kids to an outdoor or indoor playground for free, unless you’re hoping this is just lackluster babysitting time.

I give it two stars rather than one because I guess the kids get to have fun with each other.

We hosted my son’s 7th birthday party at Ultimate Ninjas Northshore in Glenview. It was the ULTIMATE party! The kiddos (and parents) had so much fun! The staff (Stephanie, Andre, and Vlad) were helpful, on point, and interactive with the kids, making sure everything was set up perfect and that the guests (kids and parents included) were having a great time. The venue had a cool, inclusive, positive energy to it, encouraging kids and parents to play, get on the course and try new things. As a parent who has been to many kid parties, being able to be involved was fun.

My daughter had the most amazing birthday party at Ultimate Ninjas North Shore. The staff really does handle everything for you. When you enter the facility, you are greeted by the welcoming front desk staff. They bring you a cart for your decorations, (a banner, 4 tablecloths, plus a dessert) and then they set up the party room for you with everything you brought. There were also labeled rolling bins for party guests to put gifts. At the end of the party, you just roll the bin to your car to load up. The party itself is so well organized with each birthday group getting 40 minutes in each of the designated spaces. You may see other parties there, but each group is separated so you’re only sharing the obstacle course with your own party guests. There were plenty of friendly, attentive staff members helping to monitor the kids on the courses. When we were in the party room, the staff came up to me three different times to see if we needed anything. The other parents and I were extremely impressed with every aspect of this party. Stephanie, the manager, has a VERY well-run facility with an awesome staff. That was such a fun party! I highly recommend this location for birthdays and other celebrations.

Ultimate Ninjas NorthShore is a GREAT place for a kids Birthday party! My daughter and her friends (ages 4-6) had an absolute blast. The staff was great from start to finish. Activity options ranged from climbing up walls, hanging from ring and bars, sliding down slides, playing basketball, guided obstacle courses and more. We had many sets of hands helping with set up and takedown of the party room, serving the kids snacks and treats, and most importantly they ran all the activities. We would definitely do another party here. My daughter also does a weekly “ninja class” here too, which she loves and always sleeps well the night afterwards. Great spot for activities and parties!

I do not recommend this place at all it's very not organized they don't keep their word they're trying to give you extra stuff that you didn't order with food for you to pay and as a cherry on the top they're charging your card on file without your authorization I needed to find out today that my card was charged two times for an amount of $712 without any authorization in 10 minutes even less they charge $1424.

Just that you will know we schedule a birthday party we didn't receive the room in time only 25 minutes after when and my guest needed to wait then when the food came I ordered five pizza and out of the blue they were 15 and when I told that I didn't order that they insisted that I order until I didn't ask to go to the office and to bring the documentation they said we are sorry it's our mistake the extra pizza of the employees.

When I asked why I didn't receive the room on time and on the time that I'm already paying the other party still there the answer that I received was we are sorry the other manager squeezed in another party.

Horrible experience so not give them any credit card to have on file !!!

Everything was so smooth and easy, and it was by far the least stressful experience I have had with planning a birthday party. The play time was the perfect length for a group of high energy kids, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and I have heard nothing but great things from the kids that attended and how it was "the best birthday party" they have ever been to. I can't say enough about the awesome staff and facilities at Ultimate Ninja's North Shore. We have been a member for over 2 years and it has been the best experience for my son. Cesar signed us up and made us feel welcome from the beginning. We just recently had a birthday party here and it was awesome! Cesar and Leslie were so helpful at setting everything up and answering all our questions. Dylan and Kaitlyn and the rest of the staff took awesome care of us, helping all the kids and helping us set up and making sure we were taken care of. Had my son's bday party at this location. After having hosted several parties in the past for my other children at other bday party locations- I will say this was by far the best experience. I am a mother of three children and have had my share of hosting and attending bday parties in and around the Northshore area and let me say Ultimate Ninjas was a wonderful experience not just for the kids but also for the parents as well. The check-in process was so easy and seamless. The staff was so pleasant and the party attendants were exceptionally attentive to our needs. They took really good care of all of the attendees. I especially appreciate how they managed the other parties that were going on at the same time and sectioned everyone in different parts of the gym so that we felt like we had our own private party. There wasn't a time during the party when we felt like we were on anyone's "toes". They really took care of all the details and especially the cleanup! Which I appreciate. Overall, this was a very pleasurable experience for all, and would 100% recommend this location for a party. We all had a wonderful time and look forward to going again!

My kids absolutely loved going to Spring Break camp here. They had the best week of their life and begged to go for "whole day" instead of half. It really eased my mom guilt too bc i had to work. The staff, including Cesar, Joey, Nolan, and more were very kind and fun and the kids just loved them. Highly recommend

I mean the kids had fun, don’t get me wrong. But management needs to step it up with managing the service staff. I basically served pizza and cake (with help from parents) for our party when it should have been our two staff members assigned to us. One of the staff members decided to light the cake candle when nobody was around and then I noticed it was burning and I was very surprised and had to blow it out. (We’re they just Going through the motions without thinking?) Instead they were taking frequent breaks checking TikTok. I wanted to love the whole experience but this turned me way off.

This place is so much fun for all ages! What an incredible place for a party! We just hosted a kids party here for our son's Bar Mitzvah celebration, and it was perfect! The manager, Cesar, couldn't have been more helpful and easy to work with. His staff was energetic, engaged well with the kids and made sure that everyone was safe, while still having a good time. We were able to have a dj and other traditional aspects to a Bar Mitzvah celebration, while allowing for nontraditional activities for the kids. Every child had a blast on the equipment and left wanting more. Even the adults had fun in the gym! Whether you're looking for a class, open gym time, a birthday party or a larger event like a Bar Mitzvah, I can't recommend Ultimate Ninjas highly enough!

This place was amazing! We had our 7 year old’s birthday party there and everything was perfect. The staff was fantastic, it was well organized, and clean! They take care of everything, set up, ordering pizza, clean up. They have staff on hand to set up ninja challenges for the kids and the adults get to play too! I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was.

This place is awesome. We hosted our sons birthday party last night, and every kid loved it and had a blast. What a unique experience where the kids and burn energy and have fun. The gym was clean and large, and the facilitators were great. Brian was great as well and super helpful. Our party was pretty late so we didn't order pizza, but the pizza company they use is delicious. Parties here could accommodate a wide range of ages - even adults! I'll also be looking into classes for the kids as it's such a great experience, especially for the winter!

I love this place. Ultifit is the best gym I have ever been a part of. I love the community and the coaches. The workouts are fresh and fun with enough modification to push you regardless of your fitness level. I love the way Cho pushes me to grow in strength and technique in a way that shows he really cares.
