The name is derived from the Gaelic word for unity. And that perfectly represents Fitness' philosophy and method for helping people achieve their health goals. They see that people don't exist in silos. Their emotions, their jobs, their relationships create the web that is their lives. This inspired Dillon to craft an approach that took all of this into account. To take a unified and holistic look at a person's life and create personalized and structured plans that will actually work for them.
Since then, Dillon's goal has been to create a team of experts and trainers that will help build into this philosophy through a mutual sharing of ideas, foundational expertise and partnership.

I approached Dillion for help on designing a workout program that would help me break through a plateau. I was very impressed at how professional both he and the process were from start to finish. Dillon does a thorough job and he follows up with you weekly to get feedback. He was not rigid, and was always open to adjusting areas of the plan that needed to be fixed. Anyone who needs structure behind their workout plans, or even an experienced lifter like myself, looking for a fresh set of eyes, I would highly recommend Dillon.

Dillon is such an awesome trainer!!! My favorite thing is how he cares about his clients. They are not just numbers to him, he genuinely cares about their health and comes up with truly individual and specific training programs for their needs. He focuses on providing a physical space where his clients feel safe and empowered to grow and change. I hope his business continues grow and expand!

Overall Dillon has exceeded my expectations in regards to my lifting, overall fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle. I initially reached out to Dillon because I was in need of a lifting coach to take my powerlifting to the next level. Dillon was able to help me out to reach my goals lifting wise, but he also helped in other ways nutritionally, mentally, and spiritually. He continues to help me reach my goals, and to elevate those goals into bigger better goals. Overall, I highly recommend Una Fitness, and Dillon.

Dillon has been the missing piece in my ultimate struggle to get fit. After years of 2 weeks of eating without direction or fear of going to gym. Dillon managed to not only make me feel confident in my self but also made me feel like I can do this. I am in a steady hill going down in weight, and has given me the tools to keep going. Victoria is such an amazing trainer. From the day one she was dedicated towards my weight loss journey. I had such an amazing time training under her and I feel really good with my progress. I feel confident now to wear anything I want to. Victoria always motivated me and worked around my schedule. She also created the workouts according to my body needs. Victoria’s training and Dillon’s nutrition guidance helped me achieve a healthy lifestyle. Dillon was always ready to answer all the questions I had for my diet or body related issues. I had such a great experience working with Victoria! I’ve used personal trainers before but Victoria was able to adjust to so many of my needs. I was in a terrible car accident a couple years ago & Victoria created adjustments to my workouts that didn’t put me in any pain. All while pushing me to do the extra set/ rep that I would never do if she wasn’t watching. She was flexible in her meeting times location & had a great positive personality too. Dillon & the nutritional assistance was such an added bonus as well. I will be recommending Una to everyone I know.

I have been working with Victoria for a little over a year now. I’ve never had a trainer in the past, however, after training with Victoria, there is truly no one else I’d rather have train with me. She took time to make an individualized plan for target areas, after each session she would send me a detailed description of the workout as well as sent me meal prep ideas. Since I began working with Victoria, I have lost 10 pounds and gained muscle when I didn’t think I could. I am so happy with my progress and I truly could not have done it without Victoria guiding me through the process. I work in Oak Brook and Dillon comes and trains me at the office gym. He is friendly and knowledgeable, comes up with great and appropriately difficult workouts. Fantastic trainer, highly recommended.
