Update 10/19:
Thank you very much for the refund, and I appreciate that the studio has now added their contact information. That’s a helpful improvement and should prevent others from experiencing the same problem I had.
After learning the facts, I also updated my initial review to reflect the situation. I believe that was a fair adjustment based on the new information I received.
I later received another message from the studio. I won’t go into details, but it left me with mixed feelings. While I appreciate their effort to make improvements, I felt somewhat pressured to change my review again. I believe a review should reflect a real experience.
This experience cost me time, transportation expenses, and emotional energy. I’ve already adjusted my rating twice to acknowledge their improvement, and I believe that is fair enough.
I’m sure the instructors are great, and I truly hope their business continues to do well.

Update 10/18:
The issue occurred because the address shown on Google Maps through ClassPass directed me to a completely different building. I appreciate the studio’s response to my review. However, I found it unprofessional that there was no contact information, such as an email address or phone number, which left me with no way to reach anyone for assistance.
---------
To conclude, I was unable to enter the building… Either the door buzzer was broken or the class was canceled without notice.
There was no phone number or email address even on the website, so I couldn’t contact anyone for help.

I have been doing Yoga Since 1999, ya im old... for a Yoga Class to impress me takes a lot.
Jamie was a masterclass of peace, harmony , flow.
Right when i walked in the sence of care, presence ; welcomed me.
The class wasnt over filled like many corp gym yoga classes.
They use assist or no assist cards for no verbals
You can bluetooth into the playlist if you need or want the music flow.
Everyone that was in the class felt like old friends come to share a moment. Parking is easy!
As well as its just off the brownline stop of Addison.
The pricing is very fair for the knowledge Nd professionalism shared.
They even had a free class at Lakeview Pavillion later the same day. Both giving back and holding a place for those looking to see if its their thing.
Im looking forward to the next class Nd meeting some of the other teachers!

Stopped by for an evening class since they opened semi-recently. The concept of the studio is great, and the instructor for the Monday night beginner class was so friendly. The studio space was welcoming, the only thing was you could kind of hear the karate class next door but it wasn’t super distracting! Would definitely return for more classes!

The instructors are amazing! I have been going to their classes for over 2 years at another studio. I had no prior experience in yoga, but they were very welcoming and made me comfortable trying something new. They also have a great sense of humor. You’ll enjoy their class no matter your experience level.

As someone currently living in Houston, I'm incredibly grateful for Unfold Yoga Co's virtual options that allow me to maintain my practice with my favorite instructors (shoutout Jaime!) despite the distance. Their diverse class offerings—from Foundations and Power Yoga to Breath & Movement—provide something for every mood and energy level.
What keeps me coming back is the quality of instruction and genuine care from the teachers. Whenever I'm back in Chicago (like this week), I do my best to attend in-person classes, it feels like coming home.
This blend of accessibility through virtual classes and the warmth of their in-person experience is exactly what keeps me connected to my practice despite living in a different city.

I had such a wonderful experience at this yoga studio! As a complete beginner, I was a little nervous walking in, but I was immediately met with warmth and compassion from both the instructors and the other students. The environment is welcoming, non-judgmental, and truly supportive.

One of the best yoga experiences I've had in my many (many!) years of practice. I feel I can explore my range and scope in a safe environment. Jaime, in particular, has been a positive influence on my yoga.

All the teachers here amazing, vastly experienced, with their own unique styles that keep things fresh without ever being inconsistent class to class. Just stop reading Yoga studio reviews and try it.
If you've done the Yoga thing a lot in the past you can start at Vinyasa no problem, but even if you have -- and definitely if you are new or returning -- the foundations classes here are awesome and are such an approachable way to get started. Parts of Yoga that were always inscrutable or unapproachable will finally make sense. And you'll build that baseline level of knowledge, strength, and flexibility to make the higher level classes more fun, interesting, and playful.

You will struggle to find a group of more experienced and qualified teachers. They have all done years of training and teaching, many having completed 750 hours of training. The studio space is inviting, calming and the teachers are kind and supportive. A true gem.
