Had a very unpleasant experience today for my son’s first new class. So disappointed in the coaches for the baby cub evening class today. My son’s coach before was absolutely amazing. The two coaches in this new class were not welcoming at all, rude, and didn’t pay us any attention. Walked out 10 minutes into the class, went to the front desk, and cancelled his future classes. This makes me not even want to ever come back and enroll my son again.

This place is good but one day I left my phone a a table and then when I came back my phone was gone it was really suspicious cause it clearly didn’t move it self it could have been anything but the people that were helping me find it. (NOT THE WORKERS) and I both had a really weird feeling that the workers hid the phone because they were acting very suspicious and I was not shut my phone another girl lost her phone as well I am not trying to be a “Karan” but I would not recommend this place but this is just my opinion

The place is pretty nice, teachers good. BUT parents…. The look and attitude of all parents be like : How dare you not be “White” and bring your kids here. How did you find out about “white people” hang out place…. Super racist parents to be around. You feel not welcomed if you not “white”
If parents are like this they teach their kids racism. So not sure how healthy this environment would be for kids.

We had a 6th birthday party with 26 kids. It was hectic to say the least but Maria and two instructors helped make it a memorable and fun time! I would highly recommend for a birthday party and will be enrolling my two year old in the tots program after this great experience.

Disappointing, I took my 9 year old daughter there for the 2nd time yesterday and she left crying saying she never wants to come back because the 7pm Tuesday night Intermediate coach is very rude and had a horrible attitude. I will see next Tuesday and get to the bottom of this and give an update.

After days of leaving messages to register my two kids , I will not be chasing them anymore. Can’t even call a customer back? I will take my money elsewhere but I am blown away by lack of customer service and common courtesy.

Super disappointed with our last few lessons. I will be pulling my daughter out after we use these last few sessions that we paid for. We signed up here due to hearing amazing things through our cheer crew. I have watched the last 4 sessions where my daughter has been walked away from each time it was her turn to perform/work with the instructor. I’m talking 6 times in a row at today’s lesson alone. At first it wasn’t a big deal but now it’s a huge issue when even the child feels singled out. I asked weeks ago to speak to someone so they could assist me in finding a coach that could work with her in another class or I would even pay for private lessons if needed. I understand she is taller and heavy for some of the coaches to help her but to walk from her every time it’s her turn in the class?!!! That’s not right. Today I asked to cancel my lessons and explained why we would not be continuing. The man working was very disagreeable and a bit rude. I’ve tried to talk to a manager a few times but there is never one available. I get Covid is going on and life is crazy but a month and no one can return my call. So unprofessional!

We love the place but i don't think They focused on the children achieving the goal.. my child been there for over 18months and she still doing the same lesson.. if They focus on what she's missing she could have moved on to the next level ...

Open gym at the Frankfort location awful. As an ex-gymnast, it was hard to watch, I’ve never seen a gym so poorly run. Kids running around everywhere and no structure or order. Someone is going to get seriously hurt. Kids running across the tumble track as other students practicing passes. Need someone in charge to give kids rules before it starts and keep order in the gym for everyone’s safety. Several kids in charge that didn’t help enforce any rules if there were any. My kids loved it and wanted to go back, but for their own safety we will be looking for another gym. We will not be returning for open gym.

I have been going here for a year and I have got my back handspring and other skills the staff is wonderful. I definitely recommend anyone who is having trouble with a specific skill or wants to get in to gymnastics or tumbling.

Great place for kids parties! The kids play and jump around for a good hour! The staff helps the kids and plays games with them allowing adults time to chat or just hang out. The party room after the play time is always a hit with the kids. They let you bring in food and snacks that you like.

What happen to this place? They used to have a great staff. They are not attentive to teaching the kids. Showing them what they are not doing correctly. To interested in what everybody else is doing. She spent 20 minutes of a 1 1/2 hours classes socializing! Sad.

UGA has a wonderful staff dedicated to serving the local youth. They offer a wide variety of classes and private lessons for both boys and girls. They are not just a gymnastics gym either! They offer Boys sport readiness classes, tumbling and Ninja classes! 10 out of 10 would reccomend to all my friends and family.
