Honestly, VASA has been great since the day I signed up. Lindsey, the GM, really took care of me. I had a bunch of questions about my membership and she broke everything down for me with no pressure, super patient, super helpful. The gym itself is clean every time I’m there, and I’m really enjoying the sauna, the pool, and all the extras they’ve got. Definitely one of the nicer setups I’ve been to. Shoutout to Owen for helping me get signed up made the whole process easy. And a big shoutout to Stephen He’s always super welcoming every time I walk in. Great energy, great staff member. Overall, VASA’s been solid. Glad I joined.

Now it’s been a couple weeks so here’s an update. Still great. Pool area is open now and the lap pool and hot tub are nice if a little on the small side. The pool only has three lanes so I can see times where you might not be able to use it, but so far no issue, and ultimately for the low membership price it’s amazing.

If you were to judge by the parking lot you might think it was packed, but having been between 10-12 times so far and at different times there’s soooo much room it’s never crowded

Dance classes are awesome, top notch. Instructors are high energy and put forth 110% teaching . Mixed fit, zumba, excellent. No reservations needed!

I initially loved this gym, but several serious issues have changed my opinion:

1. New members are receiving better membership deals than those of us who signed up before the gym even opened. I’m paying more for the same service, which is unacceptable.

2. I was promised a $5 monthly credit to use toward drinks and other items. That credit has never appeared in my account, despite being told it would.

3. The sauna is co-ed. In my old gym (Edge), women have a separate sauna, which is a basic level of comfort and privacy that VASA does not provide.

4. The sauna rules are not enforced at all. People walk in with dirty gym shoes, and the space becomes overcrowded. It’s unhygienic and clearly not monitored.

5. The class cancellation policy is honestly excessive. If you don’t cancel 12 hours in advance, you get hit with fees. Your first no-show of the month is a $3 charge, and every no-show after that jumps to $10 per class. Even late cancellations cost $3. It feels like they’re nickel-and-diming members instead of being reasonable.

It’s a shame this gym could be so great but there is always an issue with the daycare every time we have had a problem they let you book online but then when you show up they can’t accept you or they are closed!! It’s ridiculous we drive over 15 mins for this gym and to take kids all the way back is frustrating!

Signed up with kids daycare and have yet to take advantage. Everytime we schedule a daycare appointment. We get there, we are denied service from them being short staff. For us paying and not being able to use the service is ridiculous

Staff is nice. If you have kids plan extra time for kid care before and after classes. If you’re 5-10 mins late they will walk you out. For “liability” or for “disturbing” the class. I was trying to figure out why I had extra charges on my account which is why I was late. However, just know if you have a toddler that doesn’t cooperate in the morning you just need to come at least 15 mins earlier. If you have the bundle for childcare, make sure you tell them because you will be charged as a drop-in. The evenings do get booked up so plan a day in advance. The showers are terrible. The water pressure sucks. There is only one red light therapy machine and it’s hard to get in because there’s always someone in there So again, if you have kids plan an extra 15 minutes of waiting. The kids is starting to be a real problem might have to think about re- homing her. 😂 Other than that, the facility looks pretty clean.

If you want to save a lot of money and experience a better gym with better and triple the amount of equipment I highly recommend Vasa! I walked in and asked Chris if he can show me around and he was very humble to do so! Everyone who works there is so nice and the environment just hits different!

Great gym and great staff, but the pricing policy feels really unfair. I found out new members are getting a cheaper rate than what I’m currently paying, and customer service told me the only way to get that price is to cancel my membership, pay another enrollment fee, and then sign up again. The gym itself is awesome, but the way the membership pricing is handled definitely needs improvement.

I love this gym, which is why it really bothered me to discover that the sauna is co-ed. It's not mentioned anywhere, and it made me feel uncomfortable enough to avoid using it alltogether. I wish this was communicated clearly or better yet that VASA offered separate saunas. Its a small change that would make a big difference for many members. One thing i always look forward to after my workout is to sit and unwind in the sauna, now ill feel uncomfortable to even go in their.

Great gym, great people. No issues there. Highly suggest signing up before the end of November because the price is now better than what us early birds got. When I called customer support it took about 6 hours to get connected and I was told it would be 70 dollars to terminate my membership and sign on for the cheaper one because of the "legal" contract that I signed. Not sure why they needed to emphasize legal... since it typically says everything is at their discretion. Again, the gym is cool, but the soulless overlords that control it suck.

They just opened so expected good things! The facility is huge so there is a ton of space for a huge variety of equipment. They have a great selection of free weight equipment, machines, cardio and different rooms for classes. Half court basketball plus sauna, steam room, whirlpool and pool opening in hopefully the next week! The locker room was big with nice showers. Great facility and great prices!

Tiffany was an AMAZING instructor. I can't believe how much I got my heart rate up, laughed, and had so much fun dancing to current hits while also sweating my butt off. Can't wait to do this class EVERY WEEK!

Great gym, great classes, and great staff. I’d like to specifically give a shout out to Jen (I believe that was her name, she’s the team lead for the studio classes) I went on opening day and took the studio lift class, she met me after asking how I liked it and gave me a quick tour of the facility. I saw her a day or so later and she remembered exactly who I was and my name which I thought was super impressive and it made me feel so good!
