Red flag number one I walked in and no one was at the front desk anyone could walk in! Studios were fully open for anyone!
Red flag number 2 situation: I scheduled a trial class. Confirmed my daughters name the date and time of classes etc… Spoke and texted to confirm this trial class. I drove 40 min to get to the class to find out the class was cancelled, due to an emergency. However no other dancers were there waiting. Which means the emergency happened well enough in advance to notify other dancers. I approached two teachers who told me people drop in for trial classes all the time they don’t keep track, sorry!
I understand emergencies happen!’ Between the lack of greeting at the front door and the class being cancelled without notification shows me I want no part of this studio!

My daughter has been attending Vaughan since she was a peanut! She has learned so much and even excels in gymnastics because of her training at Vaughan.
I highly recommend this dance studio!! Ms. Samantha, Ms. Lexi, and Ms. Jay are amazing!

My daughters have been dancing with Vaughan since they were tiny. They both are now on the competitive team (Innovation Dance Company) and my 14 year old takes recreational hip hop as well. The instructors take pride in what they do and really strive to bring out the best in the kiddos. They make beautiful dancers! VDA has become a home away from home for them and the teachers and classmates are like family there. They can’t wait for the new season!

My Daughter started dance at Vaughan and It wasn’t until I saw her growth until I realized the importance of dance in a person’s life. She has learned so much and can’t wait to see more. This place is AWSOME the teachers here are very nice but still do there best to push you, I have made so many new friends here!! And the best part is you don’t even have to do a competition team if you don’t want! I totally recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere fun to dance

A family owned dance studio that truly cares for your family. We have been a part of this dance family for over 5 years now and could not be more pleased with the care and consideration given to each student. The teachers know each child's name and ability. A few years ago we had to switch dance companies due to our old one closing. After searching for months, trying out classes, auditioning at different studios we decided to settle down at Vaughan Dance Academy where my daughter joined their competitive team Innovation Dance Company. Each day and each year goes by and I know 110% that we made the right choice. My daughter has grown so much not just in dance but in many other things including being organized and losing the anxiety that she used to have. The teachers are amazing here and make sure each girl gets the amount of attention and help that they need. They are there to listen to you and make you feel apart of their family. Recently I went through a struggle personally and each one of the teachers/directors made sure my daughter was okay. They offered to help in any way that they could to make sure she didn't miss anything. This studio is not just a company your son and/or daughter could dance with it is also a family that will make you feel so welcome and wanted. Amazing positive attitudes and a fun environment! Love being a part of the IDC Family!!

Bad communications at this place. When you walk in the doors for the first time don't expect to be greeted. Any questions you have about the programs are not communicated effectively. Very disappointed.
