As the co-owner of a private personal training studio specializing in resistance training, I am proud to offer a unique and personalized fitness & nutrition experience.
My clients enjoy one-on-one attention, benefiting from customized workout plans that ensure proper form and provide motivation.
The intimate setting of my studio creates a comfortable and focused environment, free from the distractions of a crowded gym.
Above all I take my clients results personally.
My passion for health and wellness inspired me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and further expanded my expertise by obtaining certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I've been working with Vince for many years now and he never disappoints. I reach my goals and get awesome results everytime. I love his training style and the programes he creates. Vince is really knowledgeable with weight training and nutrition. He teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle. He truly cares about the whole you. He is also good at keeping you motivated. I've been training with Vince since 2019 and I highly recommend Vince. He keeps track of your progress and pushes you to the next level. Vince adjusts workouts if you have an injury and is positive and encouraging! I'm toned and stronger as a result and I walk out with a better frame of mind.

I'm someone who has always been active to a certain degree, played sports, went to the gym, and so on, but I used to have an idea of personal trainers that was maybe less positive than some and certainly less positive than it is now. However, a friend suggested working with Vince, and my life hasn't been the same since. I was having a rough time when we first met back in 2018 and was definitely overweight, in addition to typical complications of daily life with an autoimmune disease. I started working out with Vince and quickly started seeing and feeling results. I became obsessed with getting stronger, and I still am! I can't say enough good things about Vince. He is knowledgeable and always works to learn more to benefit his clients. He's also one of the best cheerleaders anyone could ask for, just filled to the brim with positive energy (in a way that isn't annoying). I've been working with Vince for five years and have become much stronger, leaner, and more confident. I still have work to do and other goals, so I fully intend to continue working with Vince for as long as possible!

Vince knows how to push me to get results. His training technique challenges me more each session so that I stay motivated and see progress. Vince works around my physical constraints to ensure a safe workout. Vince Alessia is incredible. He is an excellent trainer and wonderful person. His knowledge is mind boggling. He is a human computer. I started training with Vince in my mid fifties and my results are fabulous. I suffered an upper tibia plateau fracture this year and thanks to my upper body strength from weight training with Vince I was able to get around pretty well. After finishing my PT Vince has brought me back to numbers I had achieved before my injury. I am so very grateful to Vince. He inspires me when working out and his positive personality is nothing short of amazing. I am now sixty and in better shape now than during most of my life. My son and daughter also love training with Vince. He will set up an amazing workout for any age person.

Vince is simply the best of the best!!! Not only as a personal trainer, but also as a human. He truly cares about his clients and their results as if they were his own. I've had the pleasure of working with Vince and learning how to live a new healthier lifestyle. I broke my knee is 2023 and was afraid I would never get back to my normal mobility. I was in pain and my knee was very weak. Training with Vince has not only helped heal my injury but also strengthened my body. You would never be able to tell that I once had a broken knee.
Vince provides so much more than just training. I've learned to better my nutrition in a way that isn't your usual salad and protein shake standard. I get to eat real food and enjoy what I love in moderation.
I now walk into the gym no longer intimidated to work out. I feel confident in working out on my own because Vince has taught me how to set up for a workout set and how to do so without injuring myself. Every workout that I'm taught is explained in so much detail and Vince makes sure that all my questions are answered.
I've never been in a better place emotionally and physically. Vince has set me up for success and every work out is even more motivation to keep going. I don't see myself ever going back to the lifestyle I once had. I now know how to eat better, work out on my own, and am very self aware of my body and the progress that I've made.

I introduced myself to Vince nearly 2 years ago after favorable reviews in a Facebook community group. His enthusiasm for helping me reach my goals was evident from the beginning. We immediately got to work developing a 2-day per week program.
What makes Vince unique is his attention to me the entire time we are working together in the comfortable 1:1 setting he creates. He pays attention to form and my body’s response as we’re training. Other trainers I’ve worked with were more interested in how they looked in the mirror or were distracted by other gym members walking by.
Along with physical training, Vince is helping me focus on good nutrition. The topic is integrated into our work together regularly. I often share pictures of meals with him. His excitement over them helps motivate me further.
Since meeting Vince and developing a manageable routine I feel the best I have in my life. I referred my partner to him and we’re both loyal clients.
Vince’s commitment to his work, flexibility in scheduling and joyful personality is difficult to match. He is a trainer, a friend and a true gem!
