I started a fitness journey 5 weeks ago I wanted to change my life for the better I got to a breaking point then I stepped on a scale and it told me that my weight was 270 I decided to do something about it I decided to go get a gym membership at my local gym and change my diet and get healthy and that no one would stop me I have learned a lot over the past 5 weeks and the biggest obstacle to become a better you is yourself it take a lot of determination and willpower to fight the urge to quit I am nowhere near done I still have a long way to go but I am glad to have such a great gym to go to it was the best decision I have made to healthy and I would like to think VZ Fitness for having a gym that could make my journey possible I will say this if you are struggling with your health/ weight bite the bullet and get you a gym membership it will be the best decision of your life even a hour 3 time a week will make a difference over time you will feel the difference don't just take my word do you own research become who you want to be and last of all my current weight is 227 still a ways to go but we will get there
