My daughter has really enjoyed training with Tony and other young female athletes. It has helped with her coordination of her long extremities and starting to wake up those fast twitch muscles. She is always positive and encouraged after each session

I signed my 8th grade daughter up for a speed class with Tony on her off-season between cross-country and track. She wanted to transition to running shorter, faster races in track. She was a little daunted to join a class with high school boys but Tony made the class work for all the kids. She is having a great track season and we think the conditioning she got with Tony really did help her get faster. We are glad we signed her up.

Been working with Tony at Washington Strength and Conditioning for about 4 months now in the Men's Summit. I can honestly say I'm in the best shape of my life...at 40 years old! During the first session Tony did a great job helping me with proper form and explaining what I needed to do to get where I wanted to be while pushing me to get better and being supportive. Now in my second session I'm pushing more weight and seeing some major gains. Great atmosphere, great group of guys and a great coach! If you want to get stronger in a structured environment with great accountability - this is the place for you!

Tony is great to train with! He listens to what I want to accomplish and creates a great plan to help achieve those goals. He also pushes me out of my comfort zone which is something that I need/want to do. Highly recommend!

Tony has always been so support, understanding, and helpful. I didn't have a lot of gym experience, usually only using the treadmill or elliptical. Tony has pushed me outside my comfort zone and challenged me to try new exercises, but has done so while providing impeccable support to help me know what I am doing. I couldn't imagine a better experience.
