Great gym! Charlie and the other instructors are great. Not intimidating like some gyms. Would recommend it to anyone in the area who wants to get fit!

Good location, great facility, love the community- ideal for those who prefer class-based workouts. This studio offers a full range of classes with plenty of variety to keep staying fit from getting boring! They also offer a free week to check out the offerings, and membership includes weekly motivational thoughts, online resources including recipes, and even a little library 💕

I've attended a number of different of classes at WTCF over the past 5 months and I am absolutely overjoyed to have found myself here! The class options are great for a variety of exercise abilities and needs and each of the instructors are wonderful - attentive, knowledgeable, fun, engaging, and involved. It truly is a community-centered space that offers more than just exercise! Despite being a highly uncoordinated goober who has never chosen to dance publicly, one of my favorite classes is a dance movement based one that has me smiling through my entire workout!

i did their week try out to see what sort of place this is. there isn’t space for free weights or treadmills etc — so there’s not a space for people casually coming in and out to work out. the location is closed and locked outside of their class schedule, which you can see online. i thought some of the classes were awkward because i was the only one there. there is a warm room and a cool room (or at least i believe that is the design); for some reason multiple instructors insist on using the warm room for all types of workouts, which i found really miserable for a high workout class. there was one instructor was sort of treated us like a high school football coach and made us do back to back difficult things, and not giving us alternatives if we didn’t want to “go that hard”, which i don’t think is very inclusive and it doesn’t take into account that some people have certain injuries or disabilities. he was very friendly still. i was in another class where a different instructor was overly philosophical, the vibe of someone recently divorced and needs something to believe in, insisting to us over and over that you need to work hard to see results in your life. it’s like … yes, we are not children, we know you have to work hard to see results. overall felt very preachy about life philosophy. maybe some people like this sort of thing, but not everyone works out to “get gains” or to lose weight — some people work out for cardiovascular health, or to meet people, or to move and stretch, or any number of reasons. not every person showing up wants to be drenched in sweat and be super sore the next day. the yoga i tried was fine, again not a lot of modifications for people with injuries/disabilities, although the instructor was very supportive (like a kindergarten teacher supportive — maybe a little too over the top for adults). overall i think this place is trying to be a community organization for sure. i will say that you don’t see a lot of overlap between attendees of the different classes, so it seems that people just go for one class a week or something. finally, there are no showers so you can’t get fresh again after a workout class.

Great selection of class variety as well as both morning and evening class options. All instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to get to know each member of their class to help tailor to individual skill level. Members and instructors alike are
always cheering you on and building you up. Couldn’t be happier to have found this community!

I love the times and varieties of classes. I have tried new things that I've fallen in love with because of the instructors. They take the time to make sure you're doing the movement correctly, and give great tips and tricks on how to best work a movement. The online booking system is easy, everyone is friendly and uplifting. So glad I found this gym.

I love this place, and they're not kidding when they say, "We love beginners." Every single trainer I've worked out there is great and willing to adjust things based on skill level. The morning circuit training with Charlie is a great way to start your day.

Love this gym!!! I moved to the area a couple of months ago and was lucky enough to find this place doing a Google search of gyms in the area. The classes and trainers are excellent. There are a variety of class times and types of classes. It's really nice having classes early in the morning so you can get a workout in before work. All of the trainers and other members are very welcoming and supportive. I can't recommend this gym enough!

I feel great every time I go because the staff is the most, grounded, personable and knowledgeable crew I’ve met in a gym. Please check them out! Each trainer brings their own style and expertise. I recommend you work with various trainers because each one will challenge your body differently. Great way to get variation plus the set up really fosters a community.

I love working out at WTC. All of the trainers are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and offer fantastic workouts. I used to dread going to my old gym but now I actually look forward to it. Every class is different, you're never repeating the same old thing. Every skill level and body is welcomed. The instructors will always tailor each exercise to your ability, no matter how full the class. I highly recommend giving WTC a try.
