WHP Studios has been a fantastic experience! I followed Will Harlow from LA Fitness to two other studios - and then Covid-era Facetime workouts - until he opened this wonderful Ravenswood and Bryn Mawr location 5 years ago. Will got me motivated, stronger and more committed to my fitness, and then for the last 6 months Cody Ellsworth has worked with me on movement, balance and tackling all the other horrors that come from advancing age. WHP is a very inclusive, safe space with committed, hard working and friendly coaches whom I recommend highly. Thank you!

My husband and I joined WHP Studios in April of this year and have been very pleased with our training. Our trainer Maura has put together exercise routines specific to our needs. She is very patient with us watching our form and making sure we get a solid workout. She is fun to work with and keeps us on our toes. The gym itself is nice as it is private, quiet and well equipped. Location and hours are very convenient.

Everyone I’ve met at WHP Studios is a delightful person. And Gina is truly the best! She’s so supportive and encouraging, her workouts are challenging without making me cry, and her energy is so warm and lovely. I feel physically stronger and more positive after a month with her. Cannot recommend WHP (and Gina) enough, especially if you’re burned out from diet culture, healing any sort of difficult relationship with your body, or just wanting to feel strong and empowered.

I’ve worked with Will for about a year now. The space is clean and organized. He follows all state and city COVID protocols appropriately. I love that he is a HAES (Health at Every Size) trainer since there are so few in Chicago. There are a lot of scheduling options and he never pressures me if I can only see him once or twice a month. He’s extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dana is everything a personal trainer should be: a great listener, patient, kind, genuinely interested in me and my life because she understands my fitness goals revolve around my life and not just a static environment in a gym. I lost 50 pounds with her over two years in a sustained, healthy, strong way. I'm back after an injury because she's the only one I trust to work with my limitations to get me back to my strength and healthy body.

I would shout from the rooftops how much I love working with Dana Buccheri. Not only is she thoughtful about every workout and tailors the experience to your focus areas / development trajectory, but she makes every session fun. We work hard / play hard, helping each other keep up to date on the latest news, art exhibits, pop culture, etc. Dana prioritizes holistic health and often checks in during the week on everything including work, food intake, workouts, life changes, etc. 10/10 would recommend to anyone thinking about potentially engaging a personal trainer.

I've been training with Dana for 3+ years and highly recommend her! She's great at understanding your personal fitness goals and designing training programs to meet them. She also has the skills, knowledge, and network to support a broad fitness approach - she's recommended to me and partnered with my physical trainer, my podiatrist, and other areas of support. She has a very intentionally inclusive approach and she's a pleasure to be around!

Will Harlow is the best trainer I have ever been to hands down. He has obtained many certifications but what also matters is his thirst for knowledge— he’s invested in continuing to learn in order to be the best and it is definitely reflected in his extraordinary training. I do weightlifting with him and have noticed not just my strength improving but my mobility as well which is something I’ve never experienced before. He has managed to get me to and exceed my lifting goals all while staying flexible and injury free. He is the trainer you want for improving your health and well being not someone interested in self promotion or silly social media grabs. I wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone and everyone.

WH Performance has been a great experience! Will Harlow is very knowledgeable and has years of experience. He is able to create a workout to fit your body type and goals. The gym space is open, bright and clean. He has all the equipment one would need for a challenging workout session. And on the days i can't make it to the gym, he is able to do virtual sessions as well. I would highly recommend!
