I did a drop in last week while I was working locally from out of town. Very nice gym, very clean but most of all great staff. From owner all the way down . Enjoyed my drop in during my week pass and will make the drive Everytime if I’m working anywhere near by. Highly recommend

Trainer Robert has been amazing. I've previously done everything from crossfit, Kettlebells, Personal Training, ymca classes, actual bootcamp etc, and XS has been the best for me. Robert makes small form corrections that completely change the movement and target the proper areas. He keeps the session fun with the right intensity. He's knowledgeable, polite, friendly, respectful, and is helping me see results. I'm so happy to have found this gym and trainer.

Our whole family works with the trainers here and they are all kind and knowledgeable! I’ve experienced some trauma and they are all very mindful of making me feel safe and comfortable. And it is always clean here too. We look forward to our workouts!

I can’t say enough good things about X-ercise Science Gym. Between the staff, facility, equipment…it’s all amazing. The guys all go above and beyond to make you feel like family and keep you on your goals. The gym is amazing. It’s clean and in tip top shape. This is my Main Gym and it is always a pleasure working out here. The Trainers are the best and I love all the Boxing Heavy Bags that they have. Boxing is my Main Workout for losing weight. Love this place! :)

I have tried several other gyms in the past and this gym is by far the best. I checked it out in January with a friend during an open gym and loved the atmosphere so I signed up for a free training session and from there I was hooked. The staff and fellow gym members are friendly and welcoming. I have been training twice a week with Justin since January and have made a lot of progress physically plus it definitely helps my mental health, especially during COVID. I also enjoy the cardio boxing class, one of a few different classes available. The gym is also careful to follow all safety measures to keep everyone safe and healthy. I recommend this gym to anyone who asks me about it.
