It's wow...!!! Rick thank you so much..!!
I was having a hard time with my range of motion.. Thanks to x land fitness... Custom taylored program...My range of motion is back....I'm able to bend stretch and move around...Like I haven't been able in years..!!

Xland is a great environment for working out. Rick the instructor has the best workouts. He mixes them up so your not doing the same ones.He explains what exercise is good for you and the proper way to exercise. I've been going off and on for 5 years now. My body responds more to working out then a weight machine. The challenge of working out at Xland is what makes it more of an effort.

XLand fitness is the best. The exercise program is personalized to your needs. As I age, itβs important to me to have good core strength and balance. This gym has provided me with this opportunity and more. Rick is friendly, helpful and professional. He listens to you when constructing your exercise plan. I attend both personal sessions and group fitness sessions. Group fitness is a positive and supportive group working together to meet fitness goals. There is no competition. Itβs a group of ordinary people seeking to be healthy.

Rick provides excellent services to his clients. He keeps the classes varied, yet consistently challenging while always providing variations as needed based on fitness level or injuries. I have been on a fitness journey since 11/2018 with Xland Fitness at the age of 58; and it has been the best program for me. There are fitness classes and individual sessions offered. In the past, I have found most fitness classes/programs very routine and boring. This is not the case with Xland! Class fitness routines vary all the time and Rick knows my fitness level, so he isn't afraid to challenge me. With Xland I am not the quitter I used to be.

Rick has shown me that to have a healthy lifestyle there are many factors to contribute to it. It is not simply going and working out a fee times a week. It is watching what I eat, getting exercise outside of class. Rick offers individual workouts and group classes for a more social workout. With Rick's help I have been able to lose 40 plus pounds and keep it off for over 2 years.

HIGHLY recommend. I have been going to this gym for a few months now and am very happy with the whole experience. I have tried a couple other personal trainers but did not stay with them because they were either too inexperienced or lacked variety of movements in workouts. Rick @ XLAND not only keeps the process interesting, he motivates without lecturing. I am especially impressed with his knowledge of physiology. Mention a sore knee and he's got a stretch to ease the pain point. All I can say is: Try it; you won't be disappointed in your experience.

Rick is the absolute best!! I have been going to him for 10 months now. Each session is designed specifically for my own goals. My main goal when I started was to lose weight. Currently, I am down 100Ibs!! I never thought that I would be able to be so consistent. Rick really educates on how nutrition is so important for weight loss. He provides resources, like healthy recipes, so that his clients can try new things in a healthier version. I am so much stronger and balanced because of the workouts. I enjoy how he pushes me in the gym and always reminds me that I can do it! He also helps me stay accountable and reminds me that itβs okay to fall off the track sometimes (I like a little dessert) as long as I get back on track! I recommend him to anyone who asks me how I have lost so much weight! I have tried many different diets and routines and this one was perfect for me! It always starts with the person and then having a person, like Rick, really helps with the support so that you know you are not alone in the journey!

I started my training program/group classes three years ago and this is the only fitness program I have ever stuck to. The reason why is that the group classes are not the same routine week after week. Rick changes up the strength training moves classes every week and makes the classes fun!

I have been going to Rick for a year and a half. He has helped me immensely. I have gained more balance and strength. I have lost a pant size and a tops size but have gained new friends and a focus on strength training and cardio. Even though I hate the cardio, itβs clearly because I need it the most. Rick is a great trainer! He pushes you, but not to the point that you cant handle it. He also makes the atmosphere very easy going but very much focused on what you should be doing. He constantly makes sure you are staying on track and always trying to improve and help you grow. I've been going to him for 5 years now and I love every minute of the workouts we do.

XLAND and Coach Rick have been a huge help for me getting back the conditioning I lost with age. He tailors workouts for your fitness level and strength.
