I've trained with Chris for about 8 months. Before working with Chris I had never execised consistently, nor did I know how to do exercises or weight training properly. Chris taught me how to use weight equipment and the correct way to use the different machines.
I had lost a significant amount of weight when came to him but, had started to gain weight again. Chris helped me to get the weight off and see muscles that I didn't know that I had...... As of this week, I'm 7lbs away from my goal weight and back to wearing my skinny size; which was one of my goals!
I was not the easiest client, I didn't follow Chris' dietary advice as I should have. Chris was very understanding and encouraging. He got me back on track without judging me. Instead Chris gave me more suggestions on how to meet my dietary needs.
I'd like to mention that i'm a senior in age, diagnosed with a health condition that affects my gait and balance. Chris incorporated exercises that strengthened my core while challening my body to support itself.
Chris takes a whole health approach to fitness. He is knowledgeable about diet,
how the body moves and the nutrition it needs to be at its best. Chris, you are a great person and coach. I'm grateful that I met you in this season of my life, thank you!!

I’ve been getting trained by Chris for almost a year and in that time my expectations of what I was capable of achieving has completely changed. Hiring Christian as my personal trainer was a deeply unfortunate decision—mainly because now I have no excuse to be out of shape. He’s punctual, annoyingly positive, and somehow convinces me to do things like squats and deadlifts as if they’re normal parts of everyday life.
He tailors workouts to my goals, checks in consistently, and seems genuinely invested in my progress, which is frankly very inconvenient when I just want to give up. I came in expecting mild suffering; I stayed because he’s actually very good at what he does. Results are showing. Muscles are sore. Regret level: zero (surprisingly).
Would recommend if you enjoy being held accountable and occasionally yelled at—in the nicest, most professional way possible.
