I love Yodega. Perfectly sized environment and cozy rooms, really inspiring instructors & there is no ego. Simple, yet perfect. Large variety of classes, you can really discover what you like. I love mixing up their sculpting classes with vinyasas throughout the week! I have recommended this place to all my friends.

All instructors are amazing and have their own styles that never make a class boring. Unlimited membership is so worth it and no matter what shape I’m in when I arrive, I always leave better off. Thank you for curating such a wonderful space and community!

First time there! Had a class with Robert. He has such impeccable energy and really knows how to lead a class. He keeps the energy dynamic while still maintaining a relaxed environment. I heard another class that sounded more intense and they were working out to Rise Against. Very sick. Met the owner as well. I will be getting a membership here. Can’t wait to see what else they have to offer and become a part of their community :,)

I love this studio for It’s welcoming vibe. I’d say it’s very friendly for anyone new to yoga as they provide towels, mats and blocks-
most studios charge a fee for these items . I enjoy the variety of instructors and style and formats of classes between heated and unheated. I’ve been practicing yoga for 20+ years and I have found several of the classes quite challenging and fulfilling,

I was initially nervous to try yoga, especially in a group setting, but this studio quickly put me at ease. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, with staff and students alike fostering a culture of acceptance and non-judgment. It’s a space where everyone is welcome, no matter your level of experience.

I appreciate that it’s a locally owned business that emphasizes more than just physical practice—they encourage mindfulness, meditation, and personal reflection. Their inclusivity stands out through diverse class offerings, engaging workshops, and meaningful partnerships with local charities. It’s more than a studio—it’s a community rooted in wellness and purpose.

Looking forward to class 100 in the next week! Thanks Yodega!

Yodega is an incredible addition to our neighborhood, and I’m so grateful to have it nearby! It has completely reignited my love for yoga and fostered a wonderful sense of community.

They offer both heated and unheated classes, and every instructor I’ve practiced with has been kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. The weekly set schedule is a huge plus — it makes staying consistent so much easier. The studio’s atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and refreshingly down-to-earth.

I couldn’t recommend Yodega more!

Yodega is such a special place. Kara, Danny, Philip, Claire, Rachel, Flowers, Caroline — the whole crew! — have cultivated a supportive and fun community where we can all grow together. It’s such a welcome addition to the neighborhood, I even re-upped my apartment lease in part so I can stay within walking distance of Yodega! 🧘‍♀️

Yodega is an awesome independent yoga studio! They offer a good variety of classes and speciality workshops, including heated and unheated vinyasa and slower, end of day yin. The schedule is set throughout the week which I find helpful for planning my days. All the instructors are warm and welcoming, and ready to meet you where you are. The culture of the studio is super down to earth and supportive. I love Yodega and I’m so glad they’re a part of our community.

I love Yodega! It's such a welcoming and pleasant space. All I have to do is walk through the door, and I feel lighter. There are so many different types of classes and so many different instructors; I've never found it so easy to stick to a wellness plan. I would (and do!) recommend it to anyone.

Yodega is the perfect cozy neighborhood Yoga studio. Kara, the owner, is super nice and she and the instructors go out of their way to make yogis of all abilities and backgrounds feel welcome. The mix of class offerings is also fantastic - I especially love the midday classes during the work week, which you don't see at many yoga studios! They have both heated and unheated classes and the special workshops and other events are also fantastic. I can't say enough good things about Yodega and am so happy they opened in this neighborhood!

I'm so so grateful this studio opened in my neighborhood. The classes are amazing and creative, and the teachers are thoughtful and down to earth. I've practiced yoga for my entire adult life, but have always felt a disconnect with the culture surrounding yoga studios. This is the first yoga studio where I've really felt comfortable and relaxed with the community they're creating. Also, Kara, the owner is lovely and sweet and goes above and beyond for her clients.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s such a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Kara has cultivated a talented, diverse staff that each bring their unique base of knowledge to the mat. There’s truly something here for everyone’s taste and ability. The space is fresh and relaxing and the additional workshops and programming offered make me excited to see what’s yet to come. So happy you’re here Yogadega!

Took an amazing class with Danny. He led a truly vigorous vinyasa flow with creative and unique sequencing. He also taught to other limbs of yoga (breath work, drawing inward) and shared a beautiful reading from Thoreau. It was both physically and mentally stimulating. To cover all of that in a single hour is tough to do! Beautiful, clean space with a strong neighborhood vibe. Will be back for more!

Lovely studio! Have tried several classes and each instructor was warm, thoughtful and brought their own unique energy to the class. The variety of options make it feel more inclusive too - chair yoga, teen yoga, Spanish-speaking. I’m excited to have a high quality go-to yoga place in this pocket of Logan Square!

Took my first class today with Allie. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the beginning. I had not practiced in years (and with bad past experiences I was quite nervous!) but she put me at ease and more importantly like I belong. Her energy is amazing! ✨I had fun and enjoyed reconnecting with my practice and will definitely be back! So happy to have this wonderful space in the neighborhood! ☺️

A feel-good yoga spot in the hood! I was thrilled to learn about a new yoga studio opening just a couple blocks away from me. No more excuses not to hit the mat!
The vibe is super chill and positive; the staff are friendly, kind and welcoming. If you're seeking a transformative yoga practice that not only challenges your body but also empowers your spirit, this is the place.
I have only taken a few of the hot yoga classes, which are intense but in the best way possible and as others have mentioned, do-able for new yogis. Samantha is a phenomenal instructor, she'll push you just enough to make you feel like a superhero but also reminds you to breathe and listen to your body. I always feel like I've conquered mount Everest at the end of each class.

Yodega is an amazing yoga studio in an area that doesn't have a ton of fitness options. The staff was kind and welcoming upon arrival. There is a nice little reception area to hang your coat, drop shoes, and lock up personal belongings. They also have rental mats and bricks if you need them. I've only taken the HOT YOGA classes but absolutely loved both Samantha and Phillip. The hour-long practice is challenging but do-able for new yogis too. I brought my teenage daughter to a class, and she's hooked. Welcome to the neighborhood, Yodega, you're awesome!!

I just took a wonderful class with my daughter that incorporates yoga, breath work and meditation. I am so excited to have a yoga studio near us that offers not only hot yoga, but sound baths as well. The studio is just beautiful, especially the cloud room and the teachers are so welcoming. I am looking forward to attending the sold out sound bath on Saturday night! Welcome to the neighborhood Yodega, we are so happy you are here!!!
