First of all, this studio got an entire facelift from top to bottom. You have to step foot to see how beautiful the space is. & Now it’s run by an even more beautiful team. I’ve practiced at this studio at my most physically healthy state, but also in its most injured. With that being said I have always felt supported in my journey and comfortable to take any modifications necessary. This place is special and you are guaranteed to feel closer to yourself at the very least.

Ah!!! Gosh Yoga 2.0 is an incredible space. The studio is beautiful, all of the instructors are lovely and the community is great.
Instructor Kacey's flows are really powerful! It's truly an art. She challenges you and allows you to get creative.
I am honored to share a space with other fellow yogi's and move my body in a way that is healthy, mindful and good for my soul!
If you are ever in town you got to check it out!! Yoga 2.0 is like a second home to me now. 🧘♀️☺️ 🙌

Yoga 2.0 is such a welcoming space - exactly what you want from your neighborhood studio! The instructors are talented and genuinely care, and the new operating owner, Kacey, is clearly working hard to revamp the entire studio and its class offerings. Her work is SO special and the 2.0 community is beautiful and accepting! Highly recommend. :)

There’s truly nothing like Kacey’s Strength+Flow class. If you want to feel challenged and then SO accomplished you have to try. Kacey and all of the Yoga 2.0 instructors are fantastic! I always get in a great workout and have so much fun.

The instructor, Antonio P. was so rude. He spent the entire class yelling at me and others. At one point he yelled at the woman next to me that “people in the class don’t know how to listen”. He did not demonstrate the workouts through out the class but was not able to articulate what to do clearly enough with his words. Thats a personal instructor problem not a class problem - stop being lazy. At the end of class he said we could leave a little early bc was ready to go home & make an omelet.
If your studio accepts 3rd party bookers then you need to assume OR check your roster for newbies. That way you know everyone doesn’t have the workout memorized. He never so much as introduced himself at the beginning of class (the only reason I know his name is I looked it up on Wellhub to write this review). Didn’t say hi or ask for peoples names, just totally unwelcoming. The only thing positive that came out of his mouth was to the woman he’s clearly had in class before.
I saw a lot of faces in the mirror of other people surprised by his behavior so I asked someone after class what she thought and she said she’d never been in a class with an instructor so rude. She also said she’d recently had surgery so she was unable to do some of the movements he was yelling at her to do.
As someone who takes workout classes everyday, I can say the workout was good but I cannot recommend with him. Totally unprofessional.

Clean environment, friendly staff! They have mats for rental if you need them as well as water to buy if you’re visiting and dropping in! Great sweat! Will be back!

Cool place with a good variety of classes. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.
It's located inside a building that is not that easy to identify from the outside, but their area is huge.

Did the strength and flow and it felt like it should’ve been named HIIT and flow. It felt like a body weight HIIT class that was yoga inspired. Very high energy and very loud music (instructor had to shout to be audible). It was also very sweaty with the temp at 100 degrees! I am not a hot yoga person so wasn’t a fan of that. I loved the beautiful studio, perfect locker rooms, and the instructor and front desk staff were sweet and friendly.

Really rude staff. I arrived at my first yoga class (late--I had trouble finding the location) and the front desk person had me fill out the form, gave me a mat only to give my mat away to someone else a second later in front of me (prolonging the registration process because she then ambled into the back to get me a new one) before telling me that I couldn't go into the yoga class because I was late. When I asked for alternative yoga classes for the week (she said they only had a strength training class available that day) she told me that I can look online. I clarified that I was hoping to book one right then, and she said she "didn't have the capacity" to do so, while picking up an armful of used mats and walking towards the back again. When I asked if I had done something wrong, she said "no--there are just signs all over the studio of our classes".

Honestly didn’t hate this class. I think for river north there are better places to go . My initial thoughts walking in were “it smells badly” and I didn’t feel like the instructors or employees were friendly. As a new person to a studio, this is important to me! If you want a quick workout it’s fine.

I love Yoga 2.0!!! Especially with teacher Zach’s “flow 2.0”. His class is fast paced and challenging. That’s why I love it. You’ll be sweating n might be out of breath. Not for a beginner.! He really cares about teaching the correct forms and trying to get us try new positions. He’s a great teacher. 10/10.

Went to a strength class with Antonio and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a work out class. Instructor was incredibly rude, and as other have mentioned the space is way too tight. Would not recommend.

Amazing staff members and classes. Always helpful and friendly. Most of the time, I look forward to going to their classes after work but some days I have to drag myself to go. Even then, I feel so satisfied after and come out the classes thinking that I am glad I came.

Took the flow 2.0 yesterday. Flow was okay, but like the other reviews have said, it is WAY too crowded. The business’s response to someone else’s comment on this on classpass was that full capacity was 50 but there were only 43 that class. 43 in that class and I was 4 inches away from both neighbors left and right. Could not do the poses properly at all. Can’t imagine it being at capacity. Sounds like you’re trying squeeze the juice at the expense of quality to me.

this is a place to try out westernised and modern yoga. more like a workout, less yoga, as the flow lesson I had was going fast and had workout music… we were 35 to 40 people in a classroom that normal fits less. really tight.

It’s so bad guys . It’s my first time and it’s going to be the last. I felt like I was a robot not a human being. The coach is so rude and she is so fast. She needs to understand that not everyone is advanced. Also , I’m not from the USA, so in where I live they usually offer yoga mat that’s why I didn’t bring mine so the coach gave me a mat that is soooo dirty and it smelled so so bad to the point that I couldn’t even continue. Honestly what a disappointment! The class doesn’t deserve one dollar lol

Yoga2.0 is the best! I sort of took a risk and bought the Unlimited Warrior package without ever going to a single class, but I do not regret it one bit. These classes push you and make you feel amazing afterwards. The heat is unlike any other hot yoga I've ever been to. The locker rooms are very nice and clean as well!

I do want to mention that I only signed for the monthly virtual membership.
Positives: 1. They have amazing instructors. 2. Most of the classes will kick your a$$. 3. Flows are very innovative and unique 4. Their customer service is very good. They respond to emails quickly 5. The repository of past videos is an amazing feature
Negatives: 1. Some of the instructors will walk off camera sometimes and the verbal only instructions are not easy to follow 2. Sometimes the audio is very garbles because of the masks 3. Sometimes the link they send for the classes just doesn't work
If they can fix these issues, their quality will be unparalleled. I still highly recommend this place. I don't have any experience with the in-person classes but I am sure they are great.

I love taking class with Yoga 2.0! My go-to instructor is Sydney and she always has an awesome flow or workout up her sleeve. The music is fun, the facilities are sleek and clean, and I have always felt welcome here. The studio is doing a great job of socially distancing, using masks, and even have the option of taking any class virtually during COVID19, which I have really appreciated. All of the class are a great workout with the heated studios (or even at home without the heat)! Everyone I have encountered here seems to love what they do, and the students always seem engaged and excited to be there, which speaks wonders in my opinion!

Yoga2.0 is honestly my favorite place to work out. Everything is so clean and organized and the staff is incredible. Especially during the pandemic, they have done the upmost to make classes available whether it's virtually or in-person socially distanced. I recommend Yoga2.0 to anyone who is looking for a new studio and/or gym. If you're thinking about trying this studio out, I say go for it. You won't regret it and you probably won't stop going. 😂

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH this studio is violating mask mandate in Chicago. Was never communicated to me that nobody in the class would be wearing masks in a small studio and more than 10 people in the class. Complete lack of masks and no coronavirus safety other than signs which were not enforced by the business owner. Truly a selfish and horrible teacher who prioritizes profits over safety of students. Business should be shut down and is apart of the why coronavirus is spreading in Chicago. Worst yoga experience i’ve had in 5+ years of practicing.

Yoga 2.0 is not just a yogi’s dream but a fitness enthusiasts one-stop-spot for a variety of well rounded workouts. The welcoming environment that is created by literally every single individual who works at the studio is a special feature in itself, but the variety of class types, from strength class with weights to pure flow classes to steel mace classes, there is something for everyone. The unique feature of this studio, is that every teacher is particularly high quality in their knowledge and instruction, yoga 2.0 only brings on board the best of the best for a price point that is very well received in comparison to other high quality yoga and fitness studios around town. The location is also highly preferred in River North at the focal point of Chicago.

I absolutely love this studio! The staff is so friendly and the instructors are amazing! The variety and diversity of classes offered are so different than other yoga studios in the area. They offer traditional vinyasa type flow classes, strength based classes with weights/cardio, restorative yoga classes, and they even offer a Steel Mace Strength class which is incredible. I haven't seen any other fitness studio offer this type of group training in the area. All of the classes are heated with Infrared which I love -- so many health benefits (google it ;) ). The studio is also very clean and welcoming with an area to lounge/work if needed, coffee/snacks from Ingrained available, and free wifi. The mats you can rent or buy are also the absolute best for hot yoga -- no slipping or towels to worry about. I can't recommend this studio enough :)

While the instructors are clearly the most talented and knowledgeable that I have ever experienced -- working seamlessly with beginners (like me) all the way through advanced students -- the thing that I appreciate the most is what you notice as soon as you walk in the front door... the place is SPOTLESS. From the locker rooms to the studios itself, 2.0 feels a bit closer to a spa than a Yoga studio. The Attention to detail and cleanliness is unlike any other place I have experienced.

Honestly, it's even hard put in the words how incredible and wonderful the Yoga2.0 studio is. This studio is established by amazing, knowledgeable, mindful and extremely passionate about yoga instructors and you can definitely see it and feel it. The space is beautifully and perfectly designed to the smallest detail. Also, it has innovative infrared heating system that feels really good because it doesn't make you feel drained and suffocated, but quite opposite, it's bearable and actually gives you the energy. I can't forget to mention the welcoming atmosphere and positive energy and vibe of the studio that you can feel as soon as you enter. You just feel good there. Yoga2.0 studio definitely brings the balance and harmony not only to the body, but also to the mind and spirit. It's a true Soul Sanctuary.Strongly recommend it!
