I have been loving the past month of working out at Yoga Box at both Lakeview and Lincoln Park locations! The classes intertwine yoga and strength training in such a fun way. I always leave feeling energized and I have noticed my strength and stamina increase dramatically since joining.

I love this studio. The classes always hit, the lighting, music, and instructors are phenomenal. Most affordable hot yoga in the city without compromising the quality of the classes (and I have tried almost every studio)! PowerFlow vinyasa is my fav class by far.

I have attended several Yoga Box classes and I really enjoy the format, energy, and studio. It is challenging but goes by fast. Yoga Sculpt is my favorite class and they have different muscle groups focus depending on the day. Highly recommend Yoga Box!
