Very good studio! I really recommend Yoga Horizons if you’re interested in learning precise alignment (form) and how to use props to support your body in a pose.

Well-equipped studio with excellent instructors. I've practiced general and flow-style yoga on and off for about 20 years, but the Iyengar style was new to me and has turned out to be a perfect fit. The focus on detailed instruction and props to achieve proper alignment, rather than rushing through poses, has been tremendously beneficial for both my studio and home practice.

Iyengar certified teachers bring a depth of training and understanding of anatomy you won’t find anywhere else. My posture has improved immensely since beginning my practice, and my sciatica and other pain is basically gone. I appreciate the depth of instruction, props, and other support that enable
you to focus on each element of a pose and ensure the optimal form.

This is serious yoga. Detailed attention is given to to well-sequenced poses. There is no music to serve as distraction; it is pure concentration. Adaptations are made for those with injuries or aging bodies. At the end of each class my body thanks me by moving more freely, feeling more flexible and developing balance and strength. I cannot say enough about the quality of instruction and the amicability of the other students.
