It's a nice place all right. But for me, this is inexpensive physical therapy. I had a bad back (degenerated disc). There were times that I had to use a walker. I started going to Yoga Seva once a week for an hour and I can't remember where I put the thing. Yoga is weird at first, but not hard to catch on. I haven't joined anywhere else, but their method works. I have been there for ten/fifteen years and am only on my second teacher. It's a small place with personal attention, if you need it. You can build muscles in a gym. My muscles are big enough. I just want the ones I got to work right. I actually feel healthier after a session. Don't tell the owner, but I would pay a lot more.

When I moved to the area 2 years ago, I did a lot of research to find a Yoga studio. This studio is a great fit for the times and variety of classes offered and very experienced instructors. I'm very happy with how welcome they made me feel and a perfect place to practice my Yoga. They have done a great job during the pandemic thinking of the safety and health for both the students and instructors.

Yoga Seva is THE BEST!! Amazing Skilled teachers who truly care! The studio is beautiful and peaceful. Classes are live, when possible, and always available to zoom as well. Kelley is an amazing 500 hour yoga instructor who never fails to teach a class that is just what we needed!
It's a perfect fit!
