hands down,nermina is the best instructor I've ever experienced,she is very compassionate,warm and reassuring.there are classes for every level,so you never feel awkward....she is enthusiastic and devoted to helping you feel the best in body,mind and spirit!do yourself a favor and try the free class for one week...you won't be sorry

Nermina is a great yoga instructor who really takes the time to respond to the needs of each individual class that she teaches. She is very good at gauging the skill level of those she is instructing that day and tailoring the class to meet those specific needs, while always providing the challenge you would expect from any good work out. I would highly recommend her for anyone from beginner to advanced who is looking for yoga in the New Lenox area.

At first I was skeptical about doing Yoga for weight loss, but after taking a class with Nermina, I realized it is absolutely great for weight loss, toning and relieving stress. I would highly recommend this class for anyone with the least amount of stress in their lives, including stress on your body doing your normal daily activities i.e. sitting at a computer for work, etc. Thanks Nermina for a wonderful experience :)
