I have been a member of this gym for almost a year and have enjoyed it very much. The variety of equipment available is unmatched in the local area. Deric offers discounts for military veterans, law enforcement, and for those over 55 (possibly more). The gym is always clean and well organized. Finally, it's open 24/7, so there's no excuse for not being able to work out.

Lisa lead an impressively comprehensive yoga routine, and the the entire group was exceptionally kind and courteous to me. If you live in Rensselaer and gaining functional strength and mobility is important to you, you should definitely regularly attend this class. The northern hospitality was appreciated!

Yes the owner has a lot of equipment. But a lot of the electronics on set equipment doesn't work correctly. there showers are constantly soap scum not clean enough. The owner plays his own favorites and then he treats everybody else like dirt. Good price though. If you could put up with the Meat Heads and the other people that are stuck on themselves. The fat person doesn't feel comfortable in their trying to lose weight and get back into shape because there are treated like dirt.

I've been a member of 24/7 club fit for several years. Pretty clean and the other members are very courteous. I love going to this place any yine, day or night, as the name suggests. Variety of equipment. The only downside is that there is only one shower in each restroom, not that I see many people use it.
