I found 30MinuteHIT after looking for local kickboxing classes. I loved the workout! The 2-minute intervals at each station were enough to be challenging but not overwhelming. Trainer Erin was super positive, down-to-earth, and helpful to show me what to do at each station, watch my form, and encourage me along. I was worried that a trainer would be breathing down my neck at the trial class but I never felt crowded or overly supervised. Gym was clean, bright, good music. I got a great workout and just the right amount of sales pitch at the end of my trial class (not too much pressure to join, just all the info needed to make my decision). I especially like that there’s no set class time— you just show up to workout, which is a huge selling point for me. I would definitely recommend anyone try a class to see if it’s the right fit for you.

I love 30 Minute Hit! I wanted to up my workout routine, and tried this on a whim. It’s so much fun! I never thought I would enjoy punching and kicking so much, but I feel so much stronger now than I did when I started, and I haven’t been with them for very long yet. Give it a shot if you’re interested, it’s worth it!

I can’t say enough good things about 30 Minute Hit! What sets it apart is the incredible instructors — they give you the kind of personalized guidance you’d expect from a private trainer, but at a group class rate.
Moreover, no matter where you are in your fitness journey — beginner or already in shape — they meet you exactly where you are, and they understand your time is precious (hence sessions are only 30 minutes). Highly recommend giving this place a try!

I'm not a fan of workouts but I was persuaded by my sister to come check this place out with her and it doesn't disappoint! The trainer is very helpful and she guides you through each part of the routine. It's definitely tiring but it's all based around self defense in some way. It's a good place to start if you want to get back into exercise!

This is such an encouraging environment to behin or maintain your fitness journey. I love that is simple (just 30 minutes around your own schedule; no set class times to accomodate). 3 weeks in and I am hooked! The owners are amazing and give special attention to each member. It is an excellent workout. I run 6 miles daily and I sweat more in 30 min than when I run. I started working out at the Carmel location in February with a couple different goals in mind. It has really helped me build up my endurance and start building good habits! It's fun and engaging. All of the trainers do a great job with motivation/support, form correction, and adding in different steps for variety and added difficulty! I climbed Mt Whitney last week (one of my goals) and, while it was still the most challenging thing I've ever done, I felt much more prepared and supported.

There are so many things I love about 30 min HIT in Carmel.My favorite is that all I have to do is show up. No thinking, no trying to figure out what workout to do like at a gym. Trainers are on the floor with you helping you, pushing you just enough. Each station is only 2 minutes and you do them at your own fitness level. The all-female community is wonderful, owners are amazing, trainers are amazing and they all know you by name. If you have to bring your kids there’s a place for them to hang out. There’s also online options for when you can’t make it in. 10/10!

I highly recommend 30 Minute Hit for Teens and College-age young ladies. Because of the hours, SAHMs would be able to max out on a membership here.
The owner and trainer on site were welcoming and professional.
This is a women only workout space. Check-in is efficient and simple. As a member, you are able to come in during operating hours and run the circuits solo.
The owner and trainer there are excellent and encouraging. If you already work out, do HIIT or Strengthening. This is a great fit.
Parking is efficient. Please consider getting a membership for any young ladies in your family.
The circuits include self-defense moves that can assist in preventing or deterring SA.
The owner is a former boxer and was onsite and tremendously helpful in ensuring the teen present knew how to properly execute each move.

I did my first free training for the kickbox circuit yesterday & it was so rewarding! My sister & I both went together & we had Adrian as our trainer. She was absolutely AMAZING! I have asthma so there were a few times that I had to slow down & catch my breath. Adrian never got impatient or annoyed with me. She pushed me to keep going & I felt so good (although tired & sore) at the end of it. If you’re looking to get in shape, this program will get you there for sure! I’ll definitely be back!

I haven't worked out in YEARS! The trainers were awesome. They were encouraging but not overbearing or militant. After the session ended, I couldn't wait to workout again. 30 mins was enough time to get my heart pumping and sweat rolling but I wasn't totally exhausted so I could function with the rest of my day. You may be hesitant about trying it. But don't. You'll love it!

I knew quickly that this was going to be a long term commitment. The owners and trainers are amazing. They really make the 30 minutes go by fast. Carmel 30 min Hit is absolutely worth the annual membership. Adrian and Justin who are this location's fearless leaders are professionally trained so their trainers on staff are also well equipped to push you when you need it, help you with form so you don't get injured, and show you new techniques every week.
I have a very busy remote work schedule, so I love that I can pop in almost anytime that it works for my schedule AND be done within thirty minutes. Even when I'm not feeling like i'm going to have a good workout on my way in, I always leave dripping, feeling proud of what I accomplished.
You should absolutely try a free session, you will not regret it!!
