9Round is a great workout experience all around, but it is especially beneficial for someone like myself whose schedule can change day to day. I know I can pop in and get a great workout in just 30 minutes; there is no need to make an appointment to workout and you aren't stuck with specific workout times so a 9Round workout fits within your schedule. Also, the workouts change everyday so you aren't stuck doing the same thing every time. The trainers here encourage you to do your best without being pushy and they are there to help or give advice if asked for.

This has been an amazing outlet for stress. The trainers are nice and very encouraging. I have never done any kickboxing, but the trainers help you through each workout and cheer you on. I love the set up of different exercises at each round. It makes a tough workout feel very achievable.

Full Disclosure I'm only reviewing for the 10 Day Pass, ( A deal I noticed when visiting this club) but this club has been very welcoming after my "home' gym abruptly closed. Sydney & Josh were super helpful and very generous offering the old rates and glad to see former members have found a home here. It is unfortunately out of my way here at the moment, ( Ex. Google says it takes 20 minutes to get here from home, on a bad day it takes 40-50 and that's time I could use at a local close by competitor , I know they can't control that ) if things change like getting a job in the area or moving close by I'll revisit the club and figure something out because 9round changed my life I went from nearly 400 lbs back to around 270. Josh has been nothing but transparent, giving me speedy replies with any questions , the community here is awesome already and they're gaining a few more awesome fighters and the trainers I met were full of energy. Keep it up 9round Nation, We Can Do This All Day

I joined in April, 2019 and it was the key to losing ~20 lbs in a few months. The workouts are fun, quick and intense! Trainers are great and always there for questions and help. I'm 54 and in better shape than I've been in years. In the world of COVID, they made changes to make sure we feel safe. I have zero concerns when I workout. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

Iβm a working mom with an unforgiving schedule, so having flexibility in my gym routine is a must. Josh and his staff are friendly, helpful, and are on the floor instructing or sparring with you. The energy is contagious and before you know it 30 minutes are up, youβre covered in sweat, and youβve burned a great deal of calories. Itβs worth every penny and you can go as often as you want. Iβve been to other gyms and other 9Rounds, but nothing compares to the West CARMEL location!

This is a fun place! I never thought workout would be so much fun. An instructor is always present to help you figure out the right way to do certain exercises and to teach you the basics of Kick Boxing. 30 minutes is all it takes! Totally worth it.

Great vibe & atmosphere. Josh is great! Having a personal trainer available to assist with correct technique and posture is awesome. I love a 30 minute workout with the option to increase your time. It's extremely therapeutic to kick and punch things out while going through perimenopause :-) I suggest 9round to all my friends and patients in physical therapy.

9Round provides a really great workout in a short amount of time. I like that it's limited to a relatively small group of people at any one time so that you can get extra help from a trainer, but not feel like you're being supervised if you're the independent type. The Carmel 9Round has great trainers who are friendly and helpful and ready to work with you. No downside whatsoever, and the unlimited monthly membership is super reasonable esp. if you plan on working out at least 3 times a week.

I completed the 9round 6 week challenge! I didnβt think I would be able to beat the challenge but with the support and encouragement of the 9round team I lost 15lbs and 5.7% body fat in 6 weeks! It was hard, there is no doubt about that. The first week was full of cravings and lacked motivation but the trainers were always there for support. It is clear that the 9round staff members are here for us. Iβm glad to be part of the 9round family.

I have been working out here for 8 months now and can't come up with one negative thing to say. From the owner, Josh, to all of the trainers everyone is great, encouraging, and a positive influence. Like many, I got tired of the treadmill everyday so I went out and found 9Round. I just finished the 6 week challenge and I'm very pleasantly surprised with the results! In 6 weeks of eating healthy and working out at 9Round 3 times a week, I lost nearly pounds and over 5% body fat- something I've never been able to do before. Josh and the team are awesome and the workouts are great! I love that I can just show up and get into the workout- it's a class feel with the convenience of an individual workout. Doesn't matter if I'm running late or early, I can start as soon as I get there. Would highly recommend!

6 weeks ago, I started the 6-week challenge at 9Round. Though I considered myself in decent shape (I was on the treadmill daily), I definitely felt I could use a good kick in rear to whip myself into better shape. The workouts at 9Round are very challenging, but doable, even for those of us in our mid/late 40s. There are nine, heart-racing stations or rounds, that you circuit through, with a 30-second aerobic βbreakβ between each round. The rounds are changed up on a daily basis, but every workout includes core, arms and legs. Every workout also includes kickboxing (punching and kicking), which is fun and stress-relieving! Trainers are great, and create a fun and motivational atmosphere.
End of the day though, the results are the results. The challenge was 20 pounds OR a 5% reduction in body fat in 6-weeks.
Weight:
Starting weight: 194 pounds
Ending weight: 180 pounds
Loss: 14 pounds
14 pounds in 6 weeks - AWESOME. Slightly disappointed not to lose the 20 pounds, but I don't think I was quite 20 pounds overweight starting out.
Body Fat:
Starting: 28.2%
Ending: 21.7%
Loss: 6.5%
I kicked the challenges' ass and am beyond thrilled with the results. I am more muscular now and have lost both my 2nd and 3rd chin β very exciting! Between the weight loss and the body fat reduction, I look and feel better than I have in probably, well, pretty much my entire adult life.
Conclusion β If you are ready to commit to intense, but fun workouts 3-4 times per week and eat a healthy, balanced diet, Josh and his fantastic team of trainers, can and will help you to accomplish your fitness and weight loss goals. Love the 30 minute, come when convenient for you, workout. Highly recommend!
