9Round is the best kickboxing fitness studio in Granger that helps you grow stronger with fun, full-body, HIIT workouts. The exercise program focuses on strength training and cardio in a 30-minute, circuit-style format. With no class times, you can work out at our gym on your schedule because a new workout starts every three minutes. With trainer-guided sessions, our program is scalable for all fitness levels, from beginners to pro athletes. I love 9Round! I have never had a workout experience I enjoyed so much AND was excited for the next workout too. It is perfect for those who have trouble with motivation because the trainer is right there keeping you pumped. They jump in to show you ways to modify (more intense or less intense if needed) and they let you know if you aren't giving it your best by encouraging you to do more. I love that we all have heart monitors so it is easy to see how my body is handling the intensity and I can see calorie burn as well so I adjust my workout as needed. If you are not feeling satisfied with your current workout routine, give 9Round a try!

Great gym and great workouts. Before 9Round I was not active at all. The thought of a gym just exhausted me. I’m glad I decided to give it a try. The workouts are only 30 mins and I feel SO good after the workouts. I’ve been challenged and pushed past my β€œlimits”. But, in the end I feel stronger. The trainers are great and I get great workouts from them. This gym is perfect for people with busy work/life schedules since they are β€œopen” gym times and don’t need a β€œclass” time. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a gym!
