This is the most magnificent gym I have ever been to! I am 80 years old and I am thrilled to be lifting weights three times a week. I am treated with respect like every other athlete. The trainers are super friendly and the gym is immaculate. Dr Bryce Campbell, whose doctorate is in physical therapy, has been my trainer for five years. We work on balance, weightlifting, and cardio. At the end of every session, he stretches me on the table with physical therapy.
Because of his training that he bases on my medical records, I have overcome most joint painβ¦and he is only inches from me as I work out, catching me if I fall.

My time training with John and his team during the past two winters has been a fantastic experience. They have helped me with speed workouts which have been critical in my ability to set personal records at longer distances as a 37 year old. Each training session is unique and has helped me run exponentially faster than I could by myself, all with a strong emphasis on injury prevention. They recently moved from a location closer to I-69 and 96th to their current location in Noblesville, so check out that google maps page for other positive reviews.

Acceleration has been my #1 recommendation for years. I used to struggle with finding great speed and agility coaches until I met the Acceleration staff. They pushed my athletes to work hard, get better and have fun with training!
