The owners are right there with you! Training and working out. They actually know what they are talking about with training and diets (lifestyle changes). They are NOT just in anything for the money. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!!!!

Been doing off & on workouts for years. Gave up a YMCA Membership to workout at home so I wouldnt sacrifice family time. AOT allows Family to come, AOT allows Family to participate. When your at home working out using a On Demand or DVD trainer. You have the option to hit pause/stop & simply give up. Here at AOT. You have a Team/Family who push you/Who inspire you & ultimately care about your results. Trainers are all great & hands on. Blessed to be apart of it & have my family participate.
