I have dealt with severe knee pain for at least 4 years now. It has caused me to limit myself on so many things. I was told I could not do a lot of different work outs because it would make it worse. When I started working out with Alex and told him my limitations he told me we could definitely work with that. I used to never be able to lunge or squat and now I am not only doing those exercises but i am doing them with added weight. Alex is super encouraging and truly pushes me to be my best. I leave his workouts feeling like a new person. I feel a difference in only a month and a half! If you have any sort of gym anxiety or limitations I 100% recommend him!

I am no stranger to working out with personal trainers. I have worked out with a couple different ones. That being said, Alex advertises very precise workouts to maximize results in just 30 minutes for busy women. He has held true to that statement, and then some. I have never felt so strong and empowered in my life. I leave my workout better than when I walked in. I love that he challenges me In so many aspects even outside of the gym. I was working out two or three days a week with group workouts at AnyTime fitness and never lost weight. I blamed it on my thyroid and just accepted I would always be 180 or more pounds. I met with Alex and started working out with him once a week. We discussed my health issues during the workouts and we decided on a diet that may help with my autoimmune condition and thyroid. Fast forward to today, I’m still on that same diet and working out regularly with Alex’s routines. I’m down to 144 pounds and all my inflammation is gone. I truly recommend him to help with weight loss of you are having issues losing weight.
