It's my home away from home, I'm glad it's here. The owner nate epler is a cool guy that you can talk to without feeling discouraged of if he's gonna listen. They got all your amazing conveniences and things you may need as far as food or energy source. The sauna is the best part of my workout, i can relax and sweat out excess water weight etc.

Had the pleasure of working out with the GM himself, Derek Ginn! I’m a bit of a gym snob and have had memberships at several gyms in the Indy Metro area (MEI Fitness, Peak Fitness, Crunch Fitness and Lifetime) and no shame on any of those gyms.. but when it comes to equipment, environment and overall vibe of the gym it’s truly no comparison.. and that’s not even taking into account the monthly membership price point which is unreal for what you get at AMF. I’m currently a member at Peak Fitness (which is still top notch and has some of the most unique gym pieces in Indy) but as soon as AMF opens a location in NE Indy I’m in there like swimwear. If you have any hesitation about signing up, don’t. This truly is the Mecca of the Midwest of gyms.

been going for over a month now and LOVE IT!! Worth every penny. The gym environment can be intimidating alone and add body builders but theres a genuine feeling/aura of being happy people are in the gym, bettering themselves! The environment is motivating, theres a vitamin/supplement store that also has premade meals from not yo momma so you can eat after your workout-soo clutch. They have personal training of course and are more than willing to help you reach goals. locker rooms are clean with a sauna! plenty of machines, free weights, locally owned! its 24/7-those late night workouts hit different! couldnt recommend this place more 💪🏼💪🏼 stop overthinking and get in the gym!! 😄🙂

So I’ve been looking for a new gym and decide to try AMF. Yea, there are people there that know how to lift and some that are beginners but that’s ok they have trainers that will get you we’re you need to be! Everything is very clean. I love that they have the leg, chest and back sections in their own area. The place is not huge but perfect size. Does have some treadmills, ellipticals and Stairsteppers. Atmosphere seems really really nice and everybody’s friendly. I never had an issue getting on any machine that I wanted and if you ever need help or a spotter, someone’s always willing to help. Think I found a gym to call my second home!!!

Phenomenal gym! Stopped in on a Saturday morning to try out a new gym and was not disappointed at all. The staff members were friendly and definitely about fitness. All the equipment you need for the beginner all the way to the hard-core builder. Even had dumbells up to 200lbs!! Plenty of room for everyone with enough real iron plates to make ronnie Coleman jealous. A must stop if you are looking for a real place to workout!

I have tried just about every gym on the south side since moving from downtown last year. My wife and I joined AMF during the new year's sale and it's safe to say that this place is not only the best gym on the south side, but all of Indy. They have every piece of equipment you could possibly want, from weightlifting to cardio. I have to say that my favorite part is leaving my headphones at home since they are always playing the best music. People here do a great job of offering to spot/help each other hit their goals, something you will not find at other gyms. The staff is always friendly and makes every visit a pleasant one, they have all these 5 star reviews for a reason. After past experiences, we really appreciate the effort that the owner and his staff put in to keep all the equipment and the locker rooms clean and in good shape. Trust me, if you're tired of hopping between gyms like we were, give AMF a shot. You won't be disappointed.

When I lived in Greenwood I was lucky to find this gym. Such an amazing and supportive environment! Every staff member is there to help no matter your level of fitness. This is by far the best gym in Indianapolis! They have tons of equipment all in great working condition. The employees are awesome! AMF have a posing room, and the locker rooms/ bathrooms are clean. I also use their personal training and nutrition program. Which is top notch! Tyler is my trainer. The dude is very knowledgeable on all aspects of nutrition and weight lifting. He's gonna push you to be better than you were on the last set. That mindset stays with you. As for the nutrition, I'm diabetic I didn't expect much. But Tyler went out of his way to research stuff that is safe for me to eat. I've lost weight/ gained muscle and all my blood work came back better than it ever has! Don't look back in a year wishing you would have taken my advice. Get the nutrition program! Get the personal training! Come to AMF.

I go to this gym 4 days a week for a while now, it’s a great gym! Until recently for a couple weeks they have been out of toilet paper and paper towel every week consistently. The bathrooms have been dirtier than normal too! The mirrors are always dirty and the sink on the end doesn’t even work. Hope they fix it soon because I actually like this gym.

First time working out at this gym since I started my membership on 12/22/22 and first time at a commercial gym. Gym has a variety of machines, equipment, and weights. The facility is large and spaceous.

When I started my membership, I went to get a tour of the facility because I have been looking at it online for a few months and wanted to get a better idea of the layout and equipment. Staff at desk was nice and courteous. The staff membet who showed me around the gym was excellent. She was happy and excited to give a tour of the facility. She also explained some of the things they were going to be doing to upgrade the facility in the future.

Love this gym! What I love about this gym besides the equipments it’s so spacious and not a lot of people. The gym is clean and organized. Highly recommend this gym.

Great clean gym that looks and feels taken care of. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I would be surprised if you can’t find the piece of equipment you need here. They have everything and multiples of it too! The lighting is great, there’s a posing room, and the crowd is there to get stuff done. I’ve never felt like I have to wait in line for machines. Definitely enjoy training here.

10/10 DROP YOUR OLD GYM. Come here! Best gym atmosphere. It is a legit gym it’s not like a library where you will get introuble for grunting or throwing down weights! This gym is also a judgement free zone. Everyone here is just trying to better themselves. It’s not a beauty contest here. You got people in here sweating, grunting! Everyone minds their business but everyone is willing to help each other. The best part of the gym is the staff. The staff is very knowledgeable on nutrition and training. They are friendly and willing to show you some exercises.

This gym is overall great. The equipment selection is phenomenal, the environment is on point for individuals with serious goals, and the place is clean and has plenty of space and available equipment.

My only critique is in the men’s locker room, because at times supplies run out, which can be a tough look.

Overall this is an amazing gym that I’d recommend to anyone looking to put themselves in an environment for success

I absolutely love this gym. I had been waiting for a non commercial gym in this area for a long time and when I heard from a friend that this place was opening I was ecstatic. Followed the whole process of them opening and the owners seemed so genuine and excited. It is an excellent place to go if you are wanting the best experience in Indiana I promise you.
