First, I love working out here due to the access to the equipment and the people—staff and members included. What I don’t love so much is the facility itself. My monthly membership fee doesn’t seem to lead to any visible changes in the improvement of anything at this location. A few things that need addressed are: the air temperature throughout the year, having more floor fans (especially in the weight training area), the bottle refill part of the water fountain, the “fixed” restroom door that screeches when you open it, the cleanliness of the air vents in the restrooms, and the state of some of the equipment due to usual wear and tear. What prompted this post was that I had to plunge the toilet myself when I got here this morning. This isn’t the first time there have been plumbing issues. 3.5/5 stars is more accurate, but I went with 4/5 since I enjoy my workouts here so much.

I really like my home gym! It's never over crowded and the staff are really alright I personally have never had a problem with them. The head coach is a pretty cool guy he seems to have good advice and helps if he sees you struggling with your form.

My husband Steve and I enrolled and started Personal Training the first week of January 2023. Our trainers have been Mike and Mekai and they are so so patient with us. We have committed for a year and we were worried about this in the beginning before we started. My gosh, this is the best thing we have done for ourselves thanks to Mike and MeKai working with us. Anytime fitness in Brazil has the friendliest staff as well and the center is very clean. We are so thrilled with the service and the fitness center. Anytime in Brazil is amongst the greatest gyms in the U.S. I personally love working out there, and achieve some serious results in the matter of weeks. I've been at this gym for over two years and I love it. The staff is always there when you need it. Anytime I have questions they are very helpful and make sure that I understand how to do an exercise that I might have been doing wrong or didn't quite know how to do. I went to cancel my membership which I signed up a couple weeks before the coronavirus outbreak mandatory lockdowns, while exercising people arent required to wear masks, therefore Covid is high, so when I went in a month after they opened back up to cancel they said in order to do that I have to pay $920 to cancel what they are saying I signed up for a 2 yr contract first off my name is on that but I never agreed to a 2 yr contract, second the payment is on someone else's credit card. So my contract was never really complete and are trying to get 900 dollars for me saying nah I don't want to work out in Covid conditions still 900 dollars

Thankful to have a 24 hour gym in Brazil. The staff is amazing. Kelly has so much knowledge and helps you to set goals, and pass them. She then helps to set new goals. Brad, will push you. He keeps the classes fun and you will feel the workout. Tayler, is always a welcoming face. Rachel, is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Vince, opened this facility with a vision and makes everyone feel welcome. The whole staff make you feel like family. You will be pushed! You will see results.
The place is extremely clean. I appreciate them going the extra mile with cleanliness and safety during this time. They don’t want to close down again either. I appreciate while closed they did not bill since we couldn’t use the facility.

Deceptive ,predatory, and rude workers. Make sure you read everything before you sign it, because they're not going to tell you what they're up to. Also, they just close down randomly and you still have to pay for when they're closed. Some lady that works in the evenings I heard her calling some other customer lazy. WTH!?
