Positive: most equipment looks new. Plenty of equipment to get in a good variety of workouts.

Negative: filthy. Hygiene and cleanliness is non existent. I refused to use the water fountain. The new equipment is aging quickly and the sweat and grease off people bodies are Already staining and imprinting the benches and head rests. Even the trash can itself looks nasty. The bathrooms... so bad. Litteral filth running down the walls and the floor is so nasty and slimy. The tiles help blend in the filth so its not as shocking, but anyone with eyes can see it. Had to sit angled on the toilet because how close it is to the wall and toilet paper holder. Even the door handles are discolored from being uncleaned.

I joined Anytime Fitness August 2024. I asked for a personal Trainer to help me strengthen my bones and body. Derek is awesome. Always positive and encouraging during the training and just overall kind, friendly with a great sense of humor. I look forward to my training sessions each week and am very happy with how I am feeling and becoming stronger with every session. The gym is kept clean and tidy just a great place to go work out at.

I haven't had a gym membership in quite a few years and didn't know where to start. My friend and I were looking into gyms and we found AF. Derek was very knowladagble, and didn't pressure us into anything. It's been comfortable from the start and I don't feel intimidated like I have felt in the past going to other gyms. I like how small the location is, it never seems to crowded, is always clean, and you can ask for help if you don't know how to use certain equipment.

Great gym at an excellent price. You can access other Anytime Fitness locations around the country 24/7. I travel frequently for work, so this is a great feature. New management has taken a good place and made it even better. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help the members. They are also cleaning the facility constantly. I see there are some complaints about the gym being small. It's definitely a gym, not a day spa, and that's reflected in the reasonable price. I rarely have to wait for equipment, and even at peek times there’s usually alternative equipment available for me to use. If you want a gym for people who are there to exercise in a clean friendly environment then this is your place.

I have been a member at anytime fitness Brownsburg since they opened. Open 24 hrs 365 days a year is great. Very convenient and close to home. The only problem I have is that when things need repaired it takes to long. They do have a new owner and manager which is great but there are some things that need fixed.
The lights over carpeted area have been out for 2 years. Lights over weight area out since last December. TV’s in weight area out almost two weeks. Middle restroom door needs new door handle so it can be locked. Carpet molding needs fixed. Both cable crossover machines are supposed to have 4 extra plates each. 2 were broken and never replaced.
Some people might think of these things as minor but if something is broken, fix it.
Don’t get me wrong, I like being a member or I wouldn’t have been the last 10 years.

I loved working out here but the billing is AWFUL!!!! They charged our wrong account multiple times even though we had updated our card several times, giving us tons of fees. I love anytime fitness for many reasons, a strong sense of of community, access to the most variety of training equipment, friendly staff, perfectly clean environment. All of these great features, unfortunately, are lacking at the brownsburg location.

The bathrooms have been dirty the majority of time I have happened to visit. Whether it be in the morning or evening, the bathrooms are damp, slippery and smelly.

The staff is not friendly, they make no attempt to get to know their clients. This of course is my experience, maybe it's a race thing.

The owners, appearently, do not hold community as a priority as they do not have any community events or fun competitions as do all of the other anytimefitness gyms I have been a member of.

There is not a classroom for extra training as there is in most gyms. This one is small and lacks in equipment, they have only one smith machine and one squat box. For this reason I had to ensure I got there super early or late at night, other-wise I would have to wait around on equipment.

This location falls short of the great quality anytimefitness gyms offer.
