This gym is a great option for anyone with an abnormal or changing schedule. Having 24 hr access allows me to exercise without having to worry about how much time I have left until the gym closes. It is also very clean and well kept inside!

The Lowell Anytime Fitness is Great! When I moved back and went in to sign up, I was given a thorough tour of the facility and detailed breakdown of the plans, events and classes that are available.

Jenna, Sarah and Hannah were so helpful and kind not only during signup but every day when I come in they are always so friendly! So many places stop caring after you sign up but not here, the everyday encouragement is very motivating especially on days when you’re really dragging so I appreciate it!

Coach Justin helped me out a lot during the consultation you get after signing up and helped tremendously with form and routines. He has a wealth of knowledge that is worth its weight in gold.

After I got out of the Army I really let myself go and I got back in shape after some years but was feeling the drag of monotony of working out by myself but this place makes me want to keep coming back and that’s what I really needed most. I even joined the Run Club and found a group to keep accountable to and have fun doing it.

This club is great and I’ll keep coming back. Get involved with a group or class or even just talk with the staff and you’ll find yourself never leaving!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this gym. They have made an unreasonable and invasive demand for me to provide my lease agreement to prove that I moved. This is a clear violation of my privacy, and no other gym I have ever been a member of has required such personal documentation. This policy is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of frustration. I strongly advise others to avoid this gym if they value their privacy and expect reasonable customer service. I just want to cancel my damn membership, and they wanted me to inconveniently drive 3 hours back to Lowell to do it in person. When they could have simply just emailed it. And of course, they are going to continue to bill me until they cancel it. I’ve had to contact my bank and make them aware of what’s happening. Jenna was nice enough to email me the cancellation document, but I did have to contact my landlord for another copy of my lease agreement just to cancel a gym membership. Insane

This gym is not inclusive to all people. The staff is rude, especially the management. They speak down to you as if you are lesser than them if you’re not a gym rat. Have fun being interrogated during the cancellation process. Make sure and have your five year plan ready to discuss

I love this gym! It's always clean, the staff is amazing, and I've never once felt uncomfortable as a woman in the gym.

I finally decided to give Team Training a try and commited myself to living a healthier lifestyle in March of this year. It was the 'secret sauce' I've been looking for all these years. With Jacky's support and encouragement I've dropped close to 40 pounds in just over 5 months.

As proud as I am about the loss, I'm even more proud that I did it in a healthy way and for the strength I've gained.

Absoutly the worst experience ever because of this i will probably never join another gym this was my first experience and it was horrible to say the least from the employees to the office manger to the regional manager to the contract please read read read before you sign your life away to this place Did not want to give it even one star Jenna the manager and the regional manager are the worst I went in to cancle my contract amd was bullied into keeping it for another 4 weeks was told I can get free training with Justin as a courtesy for wanting to end my contract which i mist say they give that to you automatically when u sign up it was not something she was doing special for me then when my training day came justin cancled it I told them.i didn't not want it they refused to get my paper work so I could sign off my co tract and now want me to pay a fee to cancel when I could have done it for free when I went the first time the owners and company are much more worried about the money then your health period this is a scam and a joke I am talking with a lawyer now to see what my rights are I am glad I recored my visit when I went in the first time to cancel so I have proof on my end I would never recommend this place at all staff sucks and likes to play games with people's money not worth it and not trustworthy people to spend your money with

I switched from Planet to Antyime back in 2021. The Lowell location is perfect for where I live. The gym is always super clean and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. If you join and need a coach, my coach is Claire. I've been working with her since I joined. After meeting with me, she tailored a workout plan to fit my needs and goals. I've made a lot of progress toward my goals while working with her. She's awesome!

Anytime Fitness in Lowell is such an amazing place. First off, never in my entire lifetime would I have imagined myself saying and being excited "to go the gym"!! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Coach Justin, who eased all my fears and anxieties about going to the gym. He explained in detail what exercises I needed to achieve my own personal goals. Aside from the staff and welcoming environment, the facilty is very clean and the equipment is maintained. Very rude and unwelcoming staff, most of the "5 star reviews" are just from a program where they give you free guest passes for rating 5 stars. So take that into consideration before signing up. When you do decide to sign up you will have a hard time trying to leave without paying fees. Do not expect any friendly interactions with the staff, they are quite frankly bothered that you are there. I would like to say everything is terrible but the cleaning lady does do a nice job keeping up with the messes created by the many people who do not fit in the terribly small gym.

1 year update: I've been 1:1 training with Claire since finishing the 6 week challenge. I've also started going to yoga Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Mondays also include a pilates class.

I've become stronger, more toned, and rebuild a lot of my core strength that I lost having my kiddos. I know slow and steady is the best way to sustainable body redefining and I've been doing so ever since joining Anytime Fitness.

Loving my experience so far! Everyone who works there has been so nice and helpful. The gym is clean and secure.

We joined in February 2022 and I took part in their 6 week challenge.

Coach Claire has been wonderful to work with and thinking I will probably continue my 1 on 1 coaching with her.

We’ve been members at Lowell AF since they’ve opened this location. They’ve maintained the equipment well and kept the facility up to date and clean from the beginning. The staff are very personable and approachable. Tanning beds have always been in working order. Although I’ve never done them, there are lots of classes for all ages and skill levels, and personal trainers all day and into the evenings available to help. Love this location!

I’ve been going here for around a week now most of the time early morning hours and I’ve been very happy so far. Every time I’ve stepped in the gym smells, looks and is very clean. The restrooms including the showers are spotless as well and are clearly being taken care of. The machines are all in proper working order and there are plenty of machines ensuring you can workout without having to wait for someone else to be finished. The only downside was the longer contract I had to sign at 18 months but because it is closer to my home and allows me to workout 24/7 in a very clean and modern gym I’m very satisfied

The only gym in town, so it's not like you have many options. The facility is clean and the employees are all very nice people. The have a cardio area, functional fitness, cycling/yoga room and the usual weight machines. The bathroom and showers are clean as well. It gets busy after 4 pm on weekends and mornings during the weekend. Overall i would recommend this gym, they have personal training as well and classes.

The speakers on the treadmills have been broken for months, a year probably. I have asked many times about this, sent emails and never get a response. I understand most people use their phone but not everyone. Can someone look into this?

I am a complete novice at anything fitness related. It’s been 1 week since I walked into AF in Lowell, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, Linda was fantastic at answering my questions & getting me setup as a member. She gave me a tour, showed me the equipment, the class schedules & set me up with my coach for an evaluation.

When I met my coach, Claire, she put me at ease immediately. Everything is explained to me and she welcomes my questions. I am impressed because she isn’t pushing me too hard. When my body says it’s time to stop so I don’t hurt myself, she is very supportive in understanding that I need to work on building up my endurance. I feel that this approach is good for me so I don’t get discouraged & just quit.

The gym itself is very clean. There’s plenty of sanitizer and cleaning towels available to wipe equipment down.

I absolutely love that I can go in at anytime I want because my work schedule is crazy and I’d never be able to fit time in if I was limited in when I could go to the gym!

This location has always made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Very in your business when you come in, attacks you within seconds in the door about fees and charges. We cancelled the subscription after the contract was up with my grandma in February and they kept charging her saying they wanted to give her a chance to continue her health improvement. Bull. Then when she asked to speak with a manager about them charging her since February they gave a bunch of poor excuses. Then told her to pay a 40 dollar cancellation fee for a contract that was up in february. Way to take advantage of an older woman. Has truly ruined our experiences with this location.
