This place is clean, well equipped, and well maintained. I did notice there was one machine out of order but there was another one just like it that was fine. There was a cracked mirror in the little training room but it didn't bother me. The water bottle filler was also out of order but you could easily fill using the drinking fountain. Anything that was broken was labeled so no surprises. Despite those minor issues this was a good gym, not too crowded and had everything I needed and more. I travel and get to a lot of AF gyms and I had no problem with this one.

I’ll start by saying Christina, the manager, was always very nice to me and that’s appreciated… With that said, I really don’t even know what’s going on at this place.

Equipment does not get fixed. It doesn’t. I can’t tell you how many times I left weight clips up front with a note that they wouldn’t hold weight and weren’t safe, only to find the clips weren’t replaced and apparently put back out.

The bottle filler on the drinking fountain was broken when I moved to this location in April 2024. There’s a sign on it about them working diligently to fix it… The sign was still there when I canceled in August of 2025. 16 months. Still not fixed.

There’s a large mirror with an equally large crack in it and a sign that says to prevent further damage don’t stack equipment against the mirror. It’s been there for months. I feel like you could prevent further damage by just replacing the mirror?

The day I went in to cancel, Christina’s husband was fixing weight machines because she said she couldn’t get Precor in to look at them. There were at least two machines broken. I guess it’s good someone was fixing them, but something tells me Precor is supposed to be working on Precor equipment.

I canceled August 29th and was told that there was a 30 day notice required. My billing day was August 25th. I totally understand if I’m out the subscription for that period. However, I was told by Christina that the 30 day notice took me to September 29th, so I would also be billed from September 25th to October 24th. Why am I paying for almost two months after I cancelled?

Christina explained to me that she was actually doing me a favor by waiving my $100 cancellation fee. I was a member at Anytime for at least 6 years, why would I be charged a cancelation fee in the first place? It’s not like I made a year commitment and bailed on 6 months?

Overall, the longer my time went on here, the worse it got. I appreciate that Christina was nice to me but unfortunately niceness only goes so far, and you also have to run a good business. This place just isn’t for me anymore. Beacon costs $7.50 more a month and has way more options. I hope they figure it out, or I don’t have hope for this place to end up any better than the Bittersweet location.

We recently traveled and visited other Anytime Fitness gyms. We found that we are spoiled with our Mishawaka facility. Helpful and friendly staff and a very clean environment.

As always! I Love anytime fitness! I visit many different franchises due to my job. All anytime fitnesses are normally clean, and highly respectful from the clients to the workers. I've never been to one that anything sort of great. And this is no exception.

UNKEPT PROMISE: 4 months ago, Anytime closed their Lincolnway and Bittersweet location. I had just purchased a year membership two months prior due to its proximity. Christina repeatedly has promised a refund check would be sent to myself and 2 others. No check, no follow through.

I was getting my new glasses replaced at Sam s club in mishawaka so I figured I would stop in to check the place out I was looking to get a membership.Went to the door at about 640ish it was locked the sign said they were training people and sorry for the inconvenience I was looking for a gym to join up at today so shut the door is locked and people are there working out and Steven saw me nobody came to open the door so I left I guess I'll spend my money somewhere else

Newer location with lots of great equipment. Smaller facility but they have every piece of equipment you’d want. Traveled up here for the day and got a solid workout in with little changes to my typical program. Place was really clean as well.

Even during the stuff hours they are closed. I tried to walked in to checkout the equipments and how the atmosphere. But even after I made a call with no helpful results. I skipped my work to register at this gym so I can come after 10 pm with no issue but no good response.

Great fitness facility. Very convenient for me considering I work long shifts and don’t have time to get in a proper workout in some of the gyms around Mishawaka that close early. Facility is also very well maintained and clean.

Apparently they care more about money then about a pandemic. They refuse to let me out of a contract (that I was not aware I signed, thought I was getting to try it out like the promo said I would) because I refuse to go during a pandemic. I have family who is at high risk and I won’t be putting my family in danger for money hungry people. DO NOT GET YOUR MEMBERSHIP HERE!!
