Like most folks in the reviews, my husband, in-laws and I took dance lessons leading up to our wedding. I had big Dancing with the Stars dreams while my husband... well... he just wanted to see me happy. 😉 I felt very comfortable with Gert as he guided us through basic steps and helped us build them into sequences that would flow with our chosen song. Throughout our 7 week session, Gert was always kind, patient, professional and humorous when needed. The dance my husband and I finalized together was a product of what Gert had taught us. We pulled it off so well at our wedding that we received many compliments about how in sync we were and how lovely it was. Some guessing we hired professionals. 😁 That we did! We recently got married and wanted to make our first dance even more special by learning a choreographed dance. We took dance lessons at Aurelia dance studio with the owner, Gert. Neither of us had any experience dancing whatsoever. We are so happy that we decided to take dance lessons. We did 8 lessons in total and about once per week leading up to our wedding. Gert put together a choreographed dance based off of our song choice. It was a blast to work with him. We looked forward to it every week. He was so patient, personable yet professional, fun and charismatic. He is very experienced. With not having any experience ourselves, it can be a bit intimidating to try something new. Those nerves quickly wore off with Gert. He was always so positive and passionate about making our first dance everything we wanted it to be. Because of this, it made us want to impress him and make him proud. Haha. The whole experience made our first dance something we will never forget. We kept it a secret from our wedding party and all of our guests. They absolutely loved it and we got so many compliments. We loved it so much that we have talked about going back just for a fun date night. Thank you for everything Gert! 🤍

My fiancée and I are getting dance lessons here for our wedding. Before going I felt a bit apprehensive but our instructor, Gert, is amazing. Gert is incredibly patient and overall an amazing instructor. I feel much more confident about dancing at my wedding because of these lessons. I highly recommend taking dance lessons here.

My husband and I are taking dance lesson with Gert. I wanted a date night that wasn’t just dinner and drinks. I also have an awful habit to lead when we dance. After 45 minutes we leave impressed with our new moves, I’m a better dance partner, understand dance & beats better, fun experience and great exercise. Gert is patience, super talented and fantastic to work with. I highly recommend scheduling your next date night with your partner and Gert.

My ex-wife and I wanted to get dance lessons so we would actually know what we were doing for our wedding dances. We looked around and found that Aurelia offered wedding packages so we decided to try it out. We made the right decision. Gert, the owner and our dance instructor taught us very well and very patiently. We definitely needed his patience since it was our first time dancing properly. He worked with us for many sessions and helped us perfect our dances for our wedding. I definitely would recommend Aurelia Dance Studio if you are looking to learn how to dance for your wedding or just to dance in general, come here first! The marriage didn’t last, but the skills sure did!

I love this dance studio. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone is so welcoming. It doesn't matter what level of dancer you are or whether you have a partner or not, everyone is put at ease. The instructors are informative and talented in their craft. Best of all, there are no contracts to sign like other dance studios. Hooray!

Both my wife and I have improved our dancing through lessons with Gert and Kirsti Roslender. We are challenged to perform at our highest level of ability, while given thorough explanation of the steps and techniques. In addition to being great exercise presented in a fun way, dance has improved our balance, stability and coordination. We recommend them for any level of dancer, whether single or a couple.
