I've tried to call and email. No one returned my calls. No one returns emails the site took the number down. How do you inquire about anything? Do they accept only who they wanna accept who they want to visit their studio? I was interested in their yoga that they have emails about yet you can't get anyone to respond. Is this place still open? If so, what do you do how do you talk to a live person? By the last review, it looks like I need to run😳🤔❓⁉️

Great studio and supportive community! They have a variety of classes for everyone's experience levels. The studio is beautiful and comfortable. The instructors are all certified and hold really good classes and are so helpful. The owner, Elizabeth, is a gem and is always striving to make her studio the best it can be. Check them out by signing up for a Community Yoga class, you'll want to keep coming back!

If you’re looking for a relaxing or restorative practice, an invigorating (hot or not) vinyasa flow, something for strength and mobility, or a lunar, yin/yang, or buti workout…Balance & Breath Yoga is for you! It’s easy to find a class that challenges both your mind and your body. There are two class spaces, both with ample room for 8-10 students. The instructors are welcoming, encouraging, motivating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a new student special, class pass or membership so you can take advantage of a variety of classes and find an ongoing practice that works for you. They also offer monthly workshops/events and teacher training courses. Do your mind and body good and check them out! I’m grateful to have them in my community!

This has been a great experience! The focus is on your breathing, posture, and overall wellbeing. I highly recommend the 6 week beginners series if you're new to yoga. I've learned a lot and am starting to find confidence in my practice.
