Bloomington United For Fitness (BUFF) is a very personalized fitness studio. The mission is to help individuals develop a positive relationship with exercise by providing motivating, empowering, and fun workouts. Our instructors are certified and experienced. You will be engaged by their enthusiasm and motivated to transition to action.We specialize in personal training, Strength and conditioning, Core training, Yoga, Tai chi.

I have been personal training with Monica for six years. She is knowledgeable about technique and form helping to prevent injury. The workouts are varied, interesting and challenging. The studio is convenient, private and clean. Monica has helped me improve my cardio fitness, strength, and balance. I feel better in every way and am able to enjoy a more active lifestyle. Personal training with Monica is the best investment I have ever made!

Highly recommended! Bloomington United for Fitness is a beautiful facility that is kept immaculately clean. Bonus: the owner, Monica, has a green thumb, so there are many plants to admire while you work out. I have attended Bootcamp, Yoga, and Core & More classes. Monica shares helpful advice that has helped me with my form. She has a seemingly endless amount of equipment and workouts - you'll never be bored! When the weather is nice, there is a private courtyard for group workouts. Plenty of parking and very accessible from South Walnut Street.

Very nice place to become healthier physically and mentally. The instructor is very kind, knowledgeable and support in your journey to health. I love the flexibility of the classes. You don't pay a monthly fee and have to go so many times to make it work your monthly membership fee or to stay in program. You can pay for single class or pay for a small session of classes of your choosing. Six class card, or ten or 12. Depending how many times you want to go that session, which is usually a month or two.

Monica was so welcoming and inviting. The space is beautiful with a space work out outside or inside which is filled with plants. The equipment was in great shape. Monica really pushed me but was encouraging and gave me tips to help improve my form.

The owner is fantastic and keeping you motivated and mixing up the workouts. You can book weekly or daily hour workouts and request specific kinds of activities or she can just mix it up. she has an amazing variety of different kind of workouts including hit and strength and lots of equipment in a private gym. We work out as a couple and it is a great experience to do together!

I took a yoga class and it was fantastic. The staff was great and very helpful. I am 65 ,overweight and blind if I can do it anyone can. The owner and instructor were professional and extremely welcoming . I will be returning come winter. Thank you for a wonderful adventure.
