I just finished my second session, and Christine is amazing! My classmates were also incredibly encouraging. I know I have a long way to go, but I’m genuinely excited to continue this journey with Christine’s guidance. She made me feel both comfortable and motivated to get back into it—even though my body is beyond sore. I honestly forgot what it felt like to use my abs!

After doing private pilates in Scottsdale AZ, I moved back to the midwest. When I found Christine, she rivals any private instructor or lesson I've ever taken before out west. I came to her at 44, out of shape for a former athlete, and wanting something more! Christine listens and always makes me feel comfortable at my own level, all while pushing me to go further. She is so knowledgeable, and I am very impressed with her background and training. She is probably one of the only pilates instructors in the area to have the expertise that she does. Christine is amazing! Her workouts are always enjoyable because there’s plenty of variety and it’s never boring. Christine challenges you to achieve your fitness goals with a balanced approach, both pushing you to succeed, yet patient with the process. She offers so much more than pilates and yoga workouts, she gives custom care for body, mind, and soul! I spent almost a year with Christine before she moved and I look forward to seeing her again for retreats! Very unreliable. Canceled class with no notice. I arrived 10 min before class, rang the bell several times, and had to call the business phone and find out that she unexpectedly decided to cancel.

I've been working with Christine for several months now and am thrilled. She has made working out enjoyable - I even look forward to attending her classes! And working out with her either alone or in class is judgment free.
My strength is increasing and I notice a significant difference in the way I feel. My posture is better and I move with more confidence. Before this, I didn't really believe I had stomach muscles, and now I can feel them!
