I feel fortunate to have met Sharon (owner) at a local fair promoting Body20. I’ve always enjoyed exercising, but I couldn’t seem to budge the weight in my mid-40s (regardless of diet, exercise, & hormones). I began the EMS workouts simply out of curiosity, but I kept going because of 2 reasons: 1) The results — My muscles were sore afterwards (ooooh!…. Feels so good!) and it only took 20 minutes (instead of the 90 minutes that I’m used to spending in the gym), and 2) Sharon and her staff are friendly, warm, passionate about their work, and welcoming of all people (shapes, sizes, ages, exercise experience). I felt pushed to do my best during the workouts, but it never hurt. Sometimes I giggled because it tickled on some muscle groups. This is an incredibly efficient use of time and money. I’m busy and don’t always have 1-2 hours, 3-4x/week to spend in the gym to stay fit. I recommend this location with enthusiasm!

BODY20 is absolutely amazing! The workouts are incredibly efficient! You can feel every muscle working, and it’s amazing how much you accomplish in such a short amount of time. The staff is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything, ensure each session will help reach your goals, and make sure you’re getting the most out of every workout. The facility itself is spotless and well-maintained, creating a really comfortable and motivating environment. I highly recommend BODY20 to anyone looking for a fast, effective, and enjoyable way to get stronger and fitter!

AMAZING body composition changes in a short time. In 21 days I gained 3.7 lbs of muscle and lost 3.3 lbs of fat! I always hated cardio but plugging this into my normal strength training routine has LEVELED me UP! I can do about anything for 20 minutes. Clean facility positive environment amazing staff ❤️
