Breathe studio is such a beautiful space with the best people inside! I have enjoyed every class I’ve taken at this yoga studio and highly recommend it to anyone, even a nervous beginner. The approach to yoga is as it should be which is yoga is for everyone. Such a clean, calm, inviting space. Irvington is lucky to have this space!

Simply amazing. I've had yoga experiences at several places around the country and I have never felt more welcomed than I did at Breathe. Not only that, but after my first few classes, I felt all over tremendously better than I had in a long time. Teresa pushed us just enough to explore doing more in our practice without sacrificing our comfort. Also, the packages available for purchase worked welI with my budget. I cannot say enough good things about this studio and the people.

I would like to give a shout out to breathe studio. I have been going there for a couple of weeks now and am starting to feel a lot better because of the classes I've attended. I alternate between the 3 different kinds of classes they provide. Which are pilates, yoga and functional fitness. Everyone of the staff have been welcoming, supportive and encouraging. With the lack of exercise I've had the last couple years I feel like a beginner but definitely getting my strength back. I am having some back issues and they have been great about giving modifications. The class instructors have all asked about back and reminds me to do what I can and not to over do it. This is a family ran studio and the family are extremely professional and very sweet. I highly recommend it especially if you're not a fan of a typical gym. The members that I've talked to have been supportive as well and really welcoming. 5+ 🌟

I’ve tried Breathe for yoga and Pilates Reformer classes, and am so glad they are in the neighborhood. I have some weird joint and skeletal considerations and not a lot of fitness spaces know how to accommodate that. Reformer instructor Adriana is so knowledgeable and clear in her instruction and I’m so glad I’m able to include this in my fitness routine! The owner is also one of the nicest humans, and remembers everyone.

Absolutely love the reformer classes. Being a lifting gal the stability and core strength that you get from reformer has complimented my lifting and vice versa. The small group makes it easier for me to follow and easier to ask questions. I appreciate class being closer to a traditional reformer class vs the newer styles in more commercial studios. The studio itself is very clean and peaceful. The owners are amazing individuals that are very community driven. Supporting local women owned small businesses and improving my body simultaneously is a double win. Highly recommend 10/10.

I’m visiting from out of town and came to a reformer class so I wouldn’t miss a week of Pilates. Elizabeth and the other attendees were all so welcoming! The class was the right mix of challenging and fun, and great for anyone who’s done Pilates reformer classes before. Since it’s small class, you get more attention and best-fit adjustments than in larger classes. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again!

I've spent years jumping from studio to studio and I've finally found the perfect fit in Breathe. And honestly, it's super affordable as far as yoga/pilates studios go! I really enjoy that the classes are full of people at all stages of their fitness journey and everyone is respected for where they're at. Wowie zowie, these folks are awesome! Every one I met there was down to earth and the space is open, well designed, and has a very relaxed vibe. I was impressed by how the instructors knew my name on the first visit. I attended some reformer classes and loved it. It's a great workout, the instructor (I had Adriana) is knowledgeable and makes sure you perform the movements properly and continue to breathe throughout. She is very nice. So, yeah, if you're thinking about going there... Please do.

I have never been one to be consistent with working out and find most gyms to be intimidating as a beginner. Prior to attending Breathe, I had never tried pilates or yoga. I have now been attending regularly for over a year trying their fitness, yoga, and pilates classes and can honestly say I look forward to going. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the classes are great for all levels.

Breathe is such a great gym full of the nicest people. Rachel and Teresa are two of the most loving people you will meet. Every class I've taken at Breathe (pilates, piyo, yoga, functional fitness) have been great. The functional fitness class works on everything: flexibility, weights, cardio, and mobility. Teresa's yoga classes will leave you feeling rejuvenated. I especially love the vinyasa class led by Jessi as it truly is a workout while leading me deeper in my stretches. There is something for everyone: young, old, male, female, in shape, or hoping to get in shape.

Breathe Indy has been the best addition to the Irvington neighborhood. I have done almost every class offering, and have yet to have an instructor I didn’t enjoy. I came here when I was looking for a new way to move my body and practice better self care. I found that at Breathe, as well as a positive, open and encouraging community. The owners and instructors are knowledgeable and experienced; each class welcomes all levels so that the difficulty of your practice or workout is truly up to you. As a member, I have taken over 100 classes at Breathe and can attest to the changes in both my body and my mind. At 48 years old, I have never been stronger. More importantly, I have space to go where I can feel instantly centered and focused. (And with multiple class offerings daily, it's very easy to work into a busy schedule!) Breathe has truly become my home away from home, and I am so grateful for the ladies who brought it to Irvington.

I have been attending classes at Breathe since they opened. It is a wonderfully excepting place that meets you where you are. They give options for all levels of practice. The Functional Fitness class with Rachel is phenomenal. It has weights, cardio, and mobility. There is something for everyone at Breathe.

The team at Breathe is so incredibly welcoming. I've wanted to get into yoga for years, but I've never had a studio close to me that made it easier to attend classes regularly. I've attended a variety of classes, each one focused on its own strengths, but they all focus on mindfulness in movement. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Breathe welcomes you. Other attendees are nonjudgmental, creating a soft environment about exploring your body's ability.

I highly recommend attending a special event like a sound bath, holiday gratitude flow, or even glow in the dark yoga. Regular classes are amazing as well, and I regularly attend Slow Flow, Vinyasa, or Functional Fitness. You can't go wrong with any of the instructors!!!

I began practicing yoga two years ago Thanksgiving when neighbors invited me to join them with their favorite teacher via zoom. Since then I have had many wonderful experiences at studios but none compare to the home I have found at Breathe. I have experienced care from each of the three owners every time I practice or exercise there. The way everyone is greeted and classes are led creates an incredibly safe space. There is truly a vibe!!

The instructors lead such great yoga sessions! Every class I've had there has left me feeling peaceful and refreshed! I love the mid morning and midday classes, such a nice option for those who don't work traditional work schedules, or those who want a quick lunch time yoga sesh! The space is so calming too. 10/10 Would recommend ☺️
